Y/N decides that she needs a change of scenery and start fresh, so she moves to Norway to live with her best friend. Her fried warns her that she already has a few room-mates, but doesn't elaborate so Y/N has no idea what she is getting herself into.

Today is the day I finally leave the county and fulfil my childhood dream of moving back to Norway with my best friend.
She had moved there a while ago and at the time she had asked me to go with her, but I had a boyfriend at the time and he wasn't willing to move with me, so I ended up staying. About a year after she had moved I found out that my boyfriend had cheated on me, so I broke up with him.
For a while after that I had ended up isolating myself, only leaving my apartment to go to work or to buy groceries.
Eventually I decided that I needed change, so I asked my friend if the offer still stood and she said yes, so now I am waking up at 4am in order to catch my 9am flight. I had already picked out an outfit and now all i had to do was sit and wait for my uber to arrive. To be honest I didn't really need to wake up this early because I lived close to the airport, but my anxiety had gotten the best of me so I had decided to just leave early to spare myself of the long lasting stomach ache.

*four hours later*
I was starting to regret my decision to come here early. I could barely keep myself awake and the coffee I had bought earlier was not helping, it had caused my stomach ache to get worse. I sighed as I looked out the window watching one of the planes take off.
I nearly jumped out of my own skin when my phone rang. I looked at the called ID and saw that it was my friend. I didn't really know why she was calling me and my thoughts started racing, was she calling to tell me that she had changed her mind? Was there an emergency? Or was she just calling to check on me? I answered and it turns out she was just calling to check on me and to tell me something important that she had forgotten to tell me earlier. "Well...you see..." she spoke. "Come on, just tell me". She paused for a moment. "Well, you see. I forgot to tell you that I have roommates". "Oh, that's not too bad. I'm okay with that". "Good to know...uh...I have 9 of them". I almost didn't get that last part because she spoke so fast. I was quiet for a few seconds before answering "I mean...I don't mind as long as they're nice people" I replied. "Good to know, oh and by the way I won't be able to pick you up, so one of my roommates will be picking you up. His name is Tom Hanson and he'll be wearing a shirt with your face on it". "Why can't he just hold a sign or something? Wouldn't that be earlier? I questioned. "No, I was planning on wearing it when I went to get it and I don't want it to go to waste". I chuckled and she wished me well on my travels before hanging up.

The plane ride out of America was alright, I spent most of my time sleeping, but we got served breakfast and dinner before we landed in Munich where I would be catching my connecting flight to Norway. While I was there I realised that I had forgotten to buy gifts for my friend, so I spent about 1 hour looking for something to get her, before I decided to just get her some chocolate.
I spend the next 2 hours just walking around looking in the different stores trying to pass the time.
I promised myself that I wouldn't buy anything, but then I started walking through the clothing stores and toy stores and couldn't help myself.

I left that part of the airport with 6 new plushies, 4 new dresses, 2 new pairs of pants and a few new shirts. My bank account was screaming but at that moment I did not care. I just wanted some new clothing and new plushies.

My time in Munich wasn't too eventful after my little shopping spree, most of my time was just spent by the gate watching something on my phone.

I had finally arrived in Norway and with the help of some kind strangers I had managed to get the boxes and suitcases containing my things on the cart.
After that I made my way out of the baggage claim area and went toward the exit where Tom would be waiting for me.
