Chapter Eight

I sat down on the edge of his bed crying, Achilles was clearly shocked to see me crying; He sat down next to me and held me close to him.

“Are you okay?” He asked me and placed my head on his shoulder and he rubbed my shoulders and back

“No; Everything sucks and everything is falling apart” I sobbed in his arm

“What’s falling apart?” He asked me and I moved away from him and tried to pull myself together

“I can’t join the student council” I saw while sniffling

"Why?" He asked looking at me like a kicked puppy

"Because…my dad got a demotion and won't be able to afford it and their spitting up" I told him

"Oh shit" Achilles muttered shocked

"Yep now I can't during the student council and I don't know what's going to happen next" I said holding my stomach

I felt hands around my waist and I was pulled closer to him and he hugged me close.

“I’m so sorry” He hummed into my ear and held me tight

I turned my body around so we were face to face, Achilles and I locked eyes as he lent in and kissed me.

I kissed back and we held each other as we deepened the kiss. I pulled away needing to breathe but that wasn’t long because Achilles lightly touched my face and kissed me again.

Our kiss felt like it was gonna last forever so when he pulled away I blinked at him confused, I was happy but also very shocked.

“You um…you’ve been sending me a bunch of mixed messages” I told him and he looked at me with a head tilt; It was adorable but now isn't the time to appreciate his beauty

“What do you mean?” He asked me

“Just…do you like me?” I asked him, Might as well get the point can’t embarrassed  myself anymore then I already had

“Do I like you?” He asked with a small chuckle

I was wrong apparently I can embarrassed myself more

“Nevermind” I said pushed myself out of his arm and got off the bed and went on my feet  about to leave

“No I didn’t mean to laugh at you” Achilles jumped off the bed and walked up next to me

“I just kinda thought we were already dating” Achilles told him and held my hand sand rubbed the palm of my hands

“You did?” I asked shocked

“Obviously I was wrong” Achilles said letting out another chuckle but this time I could near the nervous

“When did you think we started dating?” I asked

“After my moms party, You spent the night and we spent everyday together, you even kissed me goodbye before you got on your bus” Achilles told him

“I…” I stuttered I was honestly speechless

“Sorry I should’ve been clear from the beginning” Achilles told him and held my hand and started stroking the back of my hand

“So this time I’ll ask” Achilles told me and placed his hand on the side of my face and inches

“Will you be my boyfriend?” Achilles asked me and I felt his hot breath against my face

“Yes” I told him and we kissed again but it was different this time

Achilles took control this time around and placed his hands on my slender hips and pushed me down on his bed. He got on top of me and kissed my lips again while playing with my hair.

He moved away from my lips and started kissing all over my face which made me giggle and I tried to push him off me but he was of course stronger than me so he just held my wrist down and kept kissing my face.

He stopped and we locked eyes, I moved my hands to his face and we started kissing again full of passion that left us both breathless.

“Patroclus I really…” Achilles stopped when he heard a hard banging at his door

“Achilles, did you lock the door? Open the door” His mother Thetis demanded and kept banging on the door

“Shit mom; Hide” He told me and jumped off me and grabbed a brush and fixed his hair

“Hide?” I asked confused watching him fix himself up

“I’m not allowed to bring people to mom’s house so you need to hide” He told me and I panicked and went under the bed and hid

I saw Achilles feet walk to the door and heard the door open.
