-It's not what it looks like. —Robin said.-Well, it looks like you were getting the fuck inside of my brother.
-Gwen! --- I told her now.
I took her by the hand and we left Robin's house, I knew that Gwen wasn't stupid and she wouldn't say anything in front of dad, but I was in for a good interrogation from my little sister.
When we got home I ran and locked myself in my room.
-Don't cry little brother, I already knew it.
-There is nothing to know Gwen.-Oh please, Finney open the door.
I listened to her and let her pass, what was the use of denying it, it's my sister sooner or later she would have noticed.
-Are you angry with me? –I Asked.
-Yes, but not because of what you think... Why didn't you tell me?
-Come on, Gweny, you're telling me that if I had told you that I'm in love with my best friend, you wouldn't be disappointed in me?-Of course not Finney you're my brother!
-I don't believe you at all.
-Well, I don't know whether to believe you either, you lied to me, I thought you trusted me .-- She said with her with a sad face.
-Of course I trust you Gwen, but you have to understand that it's not just about me, it's also about Robin, I couldn't tell you without him letting me. Besides, I was too scared of what you might think of me, you're my sister, and my best friend.
We fell silent, it was clear that neither of us knew what to say, but I knew that Gwen would understand me, she always had. Suddenly I felt arms surround me, it was Gwen, I returned the hug and we stayed like that for a few minutes.
-I understand, sorry if I made you feel that you couldn't tell me.I smiled at her.
-Now if you tell me, you are so charming that even the toughest boy in school fell at your feet .-- she said laughing.
-"Oh shut up brat." I said pushing her slightly.
-But seriously, I want to know how it happened, and you're going to tell me Finn .- She said pointing her finger at me.-Fine, but don't mention any of this in front of anyone, especially dad.
She made a sign to put her mouth under lock and key. We stayed up until midnight talking about how all this happened, and while I was telling Gwen I realized how many stupid things I had done during all this time and that if Robin hadn't reciprocated this would have ended very, very badly.
The next morning Gwen and I got ready for school, we went out and we ran into Robin, which was weird because even though we lived very close we never ran into each other in the mornings and it gave me the impression that he was waiting for us.
-How's it going! - He greeted us.
-Hi, Robin.-- Said my sister. I just nodded hi to him.
-How good you look today Gwen!. —Robin said nervously.
-I know, so tell me how long have you been eating my brother?
Robin and I stopped in our tracks.
-Gwendolyn! I already explained everything to you last night, don't torment Robin.
"It's okey, my love, it doesn't bother me." —Robin said with a mocking smile to which Gwen gave a small laugh. I looked at him annoyed.
-I told you not to call me that in public.
-You don't hate me do you Gwen? —Robin said walking along with my sister.
-Of course not, it's about time someone paid attention to this idiot, I hope it doesn't bother you that he still sleeps with the light on, or that he takes hours in the bathroom or that... I covered her mouth.
"It's better when you don't talk Gweny."— I said with a forced smile and Robin just started laughing.
-As if I didn't know him Gwen.
We got to school and Gwen went to her classroom.
-What class do you have? —Robin asked me.
-P.E, you?
-Chemistry.
-Wanna change?
We laughed and headed to our classes. Classes passed normally and I met Robin at recess.
-My uncle takes me to the drive-in movie every weekend, we watch everything, do you know "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre"?-No, that movie is rated "C" my father would never let me watch it.
-I'm going to go to the candy shop after school, wanna join?
-I would like to, but I have to take care of my dad today.
-I understand.
-But I would really appreciate it if you could buy me a pack of "sour gummies"
-I'll buy you that and a surprise.
At the end of the classes we said goodbye with a hug and went in the opposite direction.
I was heading home when I saw that horrible van still pass by me, it didn't stop but it gave me a chill.
When I got home everything was normal, I took care of dad and watched TV for a while, ate ice cream and then went to sleep.
The next morning at school I didn't see Robin anywhere, he always waited for me at my locker or at the school entrance but this time I didn't see him, it seemed too strange to me because he didn't tell me he was going to miss school today.
At the end of classes Gwen asked me about Robin, I told her I hadn't seen him all day and she thought it was weird too.
-Maybe something happened with his family .-- she told me but I wasn't so sure.
At night I was watching TV with Gwen when suddenly dad recived a call.
-Okey, thanks for calling.— He said before he hung up.
-Finney— Gwen and I turn arround— Do you know some guy named Robin Ar. Are...
-Arellano?
-Yeah.
-His a friend from school, why?
