A Strange Kind of Magic

The Village

When I finally find my way out of the building, I find myself in a village surrounded by three tall walls. I look down to find myself in a strange outfit, and I see others wearing the same thing, so I decide that they are probably the best people to ask my questions. As I neared the cement platform, I was stopped by a short guy who seemed to be 5'3. he seemed to be in charge here. He had black hair and grayish blue eyes.

"Candlewillow, why aren't you training?!" He said in a demanding voice. "What? Training? Where am I, and what am I doing here? And who are you???" I interrogated. "I am Colonel Levi Heichou, and I am in charge here!" He replied, still not answering all of my questions. Man was this guy annoying.

I glance over Levi's shoulder and I see another guy who appeared to be 5'7 with dark brown hair and turquoise eyes. He is standing with a tall skinny girl with long red hair, they both looked familiar.

As I was trying to figure out who that girl was, she and the boy kiss and laugh. Hmm... that smile... so familiar... it could only be... "AMALTHEIA!!" I squeal as run towards my long lost friend, shoving Levi out of the way. She sees me and her face lights up. "CHARLOTTE?! Is it really you?!" We hug. "Its been such a long time! Where have you been" I ask.

The next hour was spent catching up. She explained to me that she had somehow been transported to the world of Attack on Titan, just like I had. "This is my boyfriend, Eren Jeagar" she says while Eren shakes my hand. "Nice to meet you!" I say while laughing. I knew there was something familiar about this place, it was from Attack on Titan, one of Amaltheia's favorite animes.

We talked a while longer. "Wait, Amaltheia, if this is Attack on Titan, then where are the...*gulps*... titans?" Just as I finished my sentence, alarms started going off and a titan starts crashing through one of the walls. "CHARLOTTE!! RUN AND TAKE COVER!!" Amaltheia yells as she and all of the others start making there way over to the titan, weapons ready.

I run away as fast as I can, but the titan is gaining on me. It seemed as though I was it's prime target. I ran inside an abandoned building and hid, lodging myself halfway behind a bookshelf. As soon as I get into my hiding place, I see the titan's eye through the window, searching the room. I am hurting by how hard I'm pushing back into the corner. As soon as I think the titan is gone, a giant hand comes crashing through the roof and grabs me from my hiding place.

"HELP!!" I scream over and over again. It's useless.... the titan's grip on me tightens. I gasp for air, I can feel my bones being crushed. I try to scream, but nothing comes out. I see Amaltheia and Eren... and someone else... PEPPER?!!... who have finally found me, rushing over to kill the titan and save me... but it's too late...

I see my life flash before my eyes...
That's when everything went black...
