I woke up bright and early ready for my first day of school, which I wasn't too stressed about it because I already knew people at school.

I reached over for my phone to check it like I do every morning.

Damm 3 minutes before my alarm

I slowly crawled out from under the covers and walked over to the bathroom.

I jumped into the shower because that was one of the only places I felt safe. The shower. It was one of the only times of the day were I had a minute to think.

After my shower I wrapped a towel around me and walked out of the bathroom door. I could hear Kobe out in the kitchen which meant he was up.

I walked over to my bag and pulled out my outfit for school. I slid my legs into the black shorts. Then pulled a pink top over my head and smoothed it out as I look in the mirror.

"This is cute" I said to myself before I left my room

I headed over to the door so I could go and get some breakfast. I walked down to the kitchen and put on a pot of coffee, I then poured a bowl of cereal for myself.

"Morning Kobe" I said walking into the kitchen

"Morning Lexi." He replied "oh that weird, I don't like calling you that." He said as he put his toast on a plate

"Well your gonna have to get used to it." I say shrugging my shoulders

We arrived at school at 8:46 and I starting to feel very nervous. Not because I wasn't sure if I would make friends but because I don't want anyone to recognise me.

I walked through the doors and immediately felt eyes on me. It was like something out of those American high school movies.

There where girls whispering about me and boys talking with there mates.

But suddenly I was interrupted by a hand on my ass, I quickly turned about to see a talk male with short black hair and a football jacket strung over his shoulders. I was about to start yelling at him but then I saw my brother with his fists heading straight for this guys nose. Oh shit.

"You asshole!" I heard Kobe yell. The boy was crying in pain as blood poured out of his nose. I looked around the room quickly glancing at the faces of every student shocked by what just happened.

A teacher rushed over to the boy was a box of tissue whilst another took my brother and me into his office. Great my first day of school and I'm already in trouble.

"You 2 sit here whilst I go find Mr.Kelly." The teacher said as he stood in front of us., he there left the room and went to find the other boy.

"You know you didn't need to break that kids nose" I said leaning over to look at Kobe.

"Lexi, he had it coming." Kobe replied "plus he is a dick." He continued

I chuckled a little.

"I can defend my..." I was cut off mid Sentence to the principal and the other tall boy walking back through the door. He almost had to duck to not hit his head on the door frame.
