I was born into a family where love was spread all around.

My parents wanted 2 kids a boy and a girl but after my mum had me she found out she could no longer have children.

My dad was heart broken so he pissed off and found a new women to start a family with, a better family.

It wasn't until I was 12 when my dad came back. He abused and nock up my mum. She broke the news to me about 3 weeks later that she was gonna have another baby.

My little sister Sophie was born on the 2/5/2013 and now she's about to have her first day of school ever.

"Morning soph!"I yelled, waking her up by tickling her.

" J Stop"she giggled fighting off my hands.

" you ready for your first day of school?" I shouted.

"Yeah, little scared." Sophie replied looking at me.

Picked her up, placed her on my back and carried her all the way down the stairs and sat her down on a bar stool at the kitchen island.

Surprisingly Mum had made her some butter on toast.

Ever since dad left mum had become an alcoholic. I don't think I have seen her without a drink in her hand in over a year.

She took the loss way to hard.

He wasn't a good person either way, he left after I was born.

I had my license so I could drive Sophie to school.

I walked her into her classroom and stayed with her for a few minutes to make sure that she was safe and comfortable before I left. I had to get to school myself.

I attended White Way High but was in my senior year. Yes finally only 1 more year then I can take the Sophie and start a new life.

A better life for the 2 of us.

Give her a better chance at not being a fuck up like me. She deserves the whole world! I swear she is the sweetest little kid ever.

I parked my car in the student parking lot. Putting my car in park I reached over to grab my hockey team jacket and bag.

As I Shut the car door I looked over to see my boys, Jacob and Blaze waiting for me out the front of school like they do every morning.

Blaze and I have know each other since we were born and I met Jacob on my first day of high school. Blaze was very focused on school but loved to surf and was always up to hang whenever. Jacob on the other had was a little on the wild side. With his sisters passing (2 years ago) in 2018 became addicted to drugs , he loved to party maybe a little to much. But all around they were both good people.

We were all on the hockey team. I was co-captain to Kobe. Yes you read that right Kobe, the prince. It was pretty cool to know him on a personal level. We were also pretty close as well. He often comes to party's with us and sometimes he comes surfing but his father is pretty strict.

"Aye what's up my boys!" I said whilst dapping them up.

We had gotten new lockers this year so that were I headed first.

There was no one next me which was good because it meant I didn't have to socialise and the boys were only a couple of lockers down from me. The first class we had was home room so that's were the boys and I headed.
