Chapter 5: Kisses

(Y/N's POV)
We had just gotten out of the car and headed towards the beach. We laid our towels down on the sand and sat on them. "Would you like to go swimming?" Alex asked Katie. "Sure!" Katie replied. It was just austin and I sitting on our towels (alone).
(Austin's POV)
I really wanted to tell Y/N how I felt about her. My feelings were just so strong. I wanted to say something. Everything was just silent. Y/N was just watching AC and Katie having the time of their lives on the water. I could tell she wanted to be out there too but she stayed with me. I felt like she liked me back but I couldn't be sure. So I just decided to tell her how I felt. "Y/N" I began nervously. "I just really wanted to let you know that I really like you. There is just something about you that I really love and I can't get you out of my head. I like you Y/N.. No I love you" I finished. At this point I was just scared for her reaction.
(Y/N's POV)
I was so surprised that austin felt this way. I was so happy. "I like you to Austin, your amazing I-I... I love you" I stuttered. Austin had this grin on his face that warmed my heart. Things weren't official yet but it soon just might be. Austin was perfect and I definitely wanted to be his girlfriend but I wasn't yet. I had to be patient. "Do you want to head to the water?" Austin asked me looking happier than ever. "Of course I would" I replied. Austin took me to this deck that you could jump off of and into the water. "Oh..Uh" I stuttered. "What's wrong?" Austin asked. "Oh nothing I'm just scared of heights" I confessed. "Well you don't have to be. Whenever your with me you are safe" said austin. I really did trust austin, he jumped into the ocean waiting for me to join. I knew what I had to do. I jumped in and it was actually quite fun. Austin and I continued jumping and swimming and having the most fun time ever.
(Katie's POV)
Alex and I were still having the most fun time in the world. We were swimming and having races. I really liked Alex but I didn't know what to do. I felt liked he liked me too but I didn't want to say anything. Alex and I were standing beside eachother in the water and Alex whispered in my ear "Katie I really like you and I can't stand it, I wanna be with you. Will you please be my girlfriend?" He asked. "I like you too Alex actually I love you... Yes I'll be your girlfriend!" I replied. Alex pulled me close to him and kissed me. Our lips moved perfectly in sync. It was everything I ever wanted a kiss to be.
(Y/N's POV)
It was getting dark and austin and I were having the best time ever. Austin was just perfect and I truly did like him. It had started to rain and I told austin we should head back to shore. I was about 10 feet away from him when he said "wait" I stopped and turned around. Austin was walking up to me like he had something he needed to do to. As he got closer he put his hands on my waist. I put mine on his shoulders. For a minute we were just staring at eachother. Austin leaned in to kissed me he was going to slow though. So I just gave in. We were actually kissing. Austin cupped my face and our lips were moving perfectly in sync. We stood there for about 5 minutes just kissing. Then we just stared at eachother for another minute. Then we headed to shore
(Austin's POV)
Wow that kiss was amazing. As we were heading back to the car Katie and Alex were in front of us holding hands. I thought it would look bad if I didn't hold Y/N's so I just grabbed her hand and we interlocked fingers. Y/N stared at me and kissed me on the cheek. This day was perfect. We dropped Katie off at her house and we did the same with Y/N. This day was perfect!
