Chapter 17: The Park

*Back Downstairs*
(Austin's POV)
I was about to walk up the stairs to Y/N when her dad stopped me and said "Don't even think about going up those stairs!" "You can't tell me want to do!" I yelled back at him. "Austin don't you talk like that to your f-father!" My mom stammered. Did she actually just call him my dad, no way that was happening. "He's not my dad! No one will ever replace my dad!" I said storming off. I didn't care I was going up to see Y/N whether they approved or not. I walked up to my room and opened the door, but Y/N wasn't there.
(Y/N's POV)
I needed to get as far as possible from everyone right now. I just needed some space to think about some things. I mean like my dad was having a baby with Michele. I just couldn't even believe it. My mom just died2 years ago and he is already moving on, getting married and having a child! Ugh this was all just to much for me to take and it was only 2:00pm! I decided to go sit down on a park bench by this nice lake because that's where I always went when I needed to think. Everything was so peaceful and good for once.
(Austin's POV)
I can't believe she left! Where could she have gone? I walked a little further into my room and punched the wall when I saw the window was opened so I hopped out and found footprints leading to a trail and I could tell those footprints were from Y/N's black converse shoes. And that's when it hit me, I knew where she went!
(Y/N's POV)
I was still sitting on the bench thinking when I heard footsteps behind me so I turned around to see "Austin!" I said "how did you know I was here?" He looked at my for a second and then came to sit with me on the bench. "C'mon you thought I wouldn't know where you were. I know you way to well," austin said blushing. "Your so sweet, I'm actually glad your here cause I need to talk to you,' I said nervously kissing his cheek.
