Normal Day At Work

Monday.

Everybody hates Mondays, who doesn't? 

After a long, relaxing weekend, you're going to get up early in the morning to go to work. People who just graduated from college can relate.

And Park Jongseong is one of them.

Jay was now walking towards a small Cafe down the street to order his morning coffee, he decided to order there instead of making one for himself, why? Because he can. As he was just entering the Cafe he bumped onto someone, resulting the stuff their holding scattering on the floor, and some of the papers they have is now all jumbled up.

Jay bent down and tried to gather all the papers while muttering some apologies, he then saw the person he just bumped into crouching down to help him as well, Jay looked up and noticed the man's features. He couldn't disagree the fact that the man has some handsome features, with his sharp jawline, fine skin, his eyes...

Jay is most amazed by the man's round, boba, cat-like eyes.

He was too distracted by the man's handsome face that he didn't notice that the papers that fell on the floor are now pilled up by the person in front of him, The man looked up and stared at Jay, Jay doesn't know why he hasn't looked away... there's something in his eyes that keeps pulling him towards the man.

"Uh, I believe these are yours?" The man in front of him asked and handed him his papers.

"Huh? Oh yeah, thank you... uh.." Jay raised his eyebrow in a questioning way.

"Jungwon, I'm Jungwon, nice to meet you...?"

"Jay. Park Jongseong is my real name but you can call me Jay."

Jungwon gave Jay a light smile and nodded.

"I would love to talk more with you, Jay. But I have somewhere to go to." 

"Oh no worries! Nice meeting you, Jungwon." 

Jungwon nodded and smiled while waving goodbye at Jay, Jay wached Jungwon exit the Cafe with a smile on his face. 

Jungwon, huh? It suits him.

After Jay got his coffee he went inside the famous HYBE CO. building. Why you may ask? He went there for his interview with the CEO of the company, because he has been looking for a job after he graduated college, and now is his chance.

Jay entered the building with confidence radiating around him, as he scanned the place he noticed that the reception area is buzzing with busy people. He walked towards the receptionist and asked her about the interview with the CEO. 

"You're Park Jongseong? Alright I'll notify the CEO, please take a sit." The receptionist said as she motioned Jay to sit on one of the spare chairs, Jay thanked her and sat next to a man that he thinks is also here for an interview.

~20 minutes later~

"Park Jongseong?" 

Jay stood up from his sit and followed the receptionist towards the elevator, leading towards the CEO's office. Jay admits that he's nervous, who wouldn't? You're gonna be interviewed by the CEO of the company you're gonna apply and probably gonna work in.

"Good luck on your interview." The receptionist then motioned Jay to knock on the door

Jay walk inside the office and noticed that the back of the CEO's chair is facing him so he couldn't see the CEO's face, he then scanned the place as he was walking towards the table. He can tell that the CEO is a man who loves dark colors, everything in his office screams power. With the large sofa, golden figurines, and a mini aquarium.

Jay was still scanning the place when he stopped his tracks...

 Jay knows that looking through someone's stuff is like invading there privacy, especially without their permission. But Jay feels like he knows him. He then saw another picture but this time its the same boy, smiling and hugging another boy. Jay's eyes widen when he saw the other boy from the picture.

"That's... me?" Jay asked in a whisper as he held the picture frame in his hands, wondering how did his photo ended up on the CEO's office, and on his table.

"Oh, I guess you've found out."

Jay looked up from the picture frame and to the door, he then saw Jungwon standing there with a cup of coffee in his hand.

"Jungwon? What are you doing here?" Jay asked as he set down the frame on the table.

"Hm, maybe to give you an interview?" Jungwon said as he gave Jay a light smile.

"Interview? Wait, you're the-" 

"CEO, the one and only." 

Jay stared at Jungwon, or Mr. Yang in shock. He didn't know of course, he just thought that Jungwon was like him, a guy that's getting ready for a job interview. 

He didn't expect the guy he bumped into earlier was the one who's gonna interview him.

"Shall we start? Or do you still want to look at the photo of you and me in it?"

...

This is definitely enough to make Jay turn pale.
