It's been a few years since Jungwon came here, he left the country to study abroad and didn't get the chance to go back here with his Grandma. But here he is, working in his home town as an artist, a successful artist that has won a few awards for his majestic art works and even sold a few of them nationwide.
Jungwon finished relieving his memories and started walking towards the building, through the 6 feet tall glass door with silver lining, and a red carpet underneath. He greeted the body guards as he showed them his ID, which indicates he's a special guest here and just visiting, some kind of privilege he owns. As he walked inside he saw a lot of statues, paintings, art works, and some people looking around while taking pictures. Luckily he brought his camera with him, it was a farewell gift from his college friends back when he was studying abroad, art isn't something he's only fond of, photography is also one of them. He has taken a lot of pictures and sometimes he posts them on his main account but usually... he just posts some of them on his private account.
He took out his camera and started taking pictures of the place, he took a picture of the ceiling where it is also painted with beautiful and colorful clouds painted in a shade of pink, yellow, and blue. He then took a picture of a woman dressed in a brown trench coat wearing shades on her head and a plain black skirt, which is above her knee, just a bit. She was holding a bouquet of tulips, fresh ones at that, a wonderful color of yellow which compliments her sage green eyes. She was admiring a photo of a couple dancing under the rain in with the city lights reflecting on them, showing their joyful faces, you can see that they're deeply in love with each other.
Jungwon smiled as he took a picture, he thinks that this, is a work of art. He then walked to the other part of the museum which is the Galleria, it's the same as the previous one but here is where the famous paintings are, and here... is where his famous painting is. He saw it and stood in front of it, the name of the painting underneath it saying...
The name I'm longing for.
It's a painting of two boys sitting and talking to each other, the background is an old white house with flowery plants surrounding it, and a rusty bike was resting on the ground beside the door. One boy was joyfully chatting with his friend next to him, you can see that his elbow was scratched and his clothes were a little dirty. While the boy beside him has a scratched and bloody knee but his face was blurred and has a question mark painted over his face. Nonetheless, they were both happy.
Jungwon sighed as he sat down on one of the benches which is in front of his painting, this was his first masterpiece he has ever painted because it has a deep meaning behind it. He held up his camera and pointed it at his painting but stopped short when something caught his attention in his peripheral vision.
There was a man beside him admiring his painting, he was staring intently, his eyes showing interest in the painting. Jungwon can tell that the man didn't noticed him because he started walking towards Jungwon's painting, ignoring the latter, as he stood there with his hands in his pockets. Jungwon remembered the woman he took a picture a while ago so he lifted the camera and started to position it where it can capture the man and the painting together. He pressed the button which made a clicking noise, he looked down at his camera to see his masterpiece, he smiled in content.
The picture's so beautiful.
Jungwon then thought that he should take another picture but this time without the painting, just as when he lifted his camera he saw that the man was looking at him with his eyebrow raised. Jungwon panicked as he quickly put down his camera, he nervously smiled at the man as he bowed multiple times while apologizing, "I'm sorry! I took a photo of you without your permission..." he stopped bowing when the man walked up to him and tapped his shoulder while laughing, "Don't worry, I'm used to people taking my pictures." Jungwon looked at him confused as he saw that the man in front of him was wearing the same ID as him, the VIP one where he gets the so-called "privilege" to everything. Jungwon nodded as he asked him a question, "Are you fond of that painting? I'm sorry I just saw you kept looking at it and... you were so serious and stuff so." He heard him chuckle as the man sighed and started walking back to the painting, "I guess you can say that. I just have this feeling that I'm somewhat connected to it, you know? Especially when..." he paused for a bit which made Jungwon curious what he was about to say.
He coughed as he finally continued, "Especially when... the boy smiling in the painting is familiar to me." he then ended his sentence with a sigh.
Jungwon is now not just confused but, he's now getting a little... weird?
