Lavender Gilmore

Supermarket slut

Lavender Gilmore was relaxing in her room after school listening to music and reading Harry Potter for the hundredth time when Rory came running in looking very flustered. She slammed the door quickly startling lavender greatly causing her to drop her book.
"What the fuck are you doing!" Lavender scolded her younger sister "now look I've lost my place"
"Lavender I need your help" Rory rambled out quickly ignoring lavenders complaints
Lavender quickly sat up "why what's wrong?" Lavender questioned slightly worried
"He kissed me"
"What?" Lavender replied very confused
"Dean, Dean he kissed me i when into the market and he offered me a soda and he kissed me!" Rory ranted panicked
"Oooohkay" lavender replied slowly still not seeing the problem
"So what's the problem exactly? I thought you liked Dean"
"Yeah I do" Rory sighed sitting down on the edge of her sisters bed
"But I don't know how to tell mom the last time the topic of boys came up it got very ugly"
"That was different and you know it. Plus I kiss boys all the time it's not a big deal."
"Yeah but your different your good at the guy thing I'm such a spaz and I thanked him after and I don't what to do I'm never going to be able to go int to the  market again"
"Wait you thanked him?"
"YES I THANKED HIM IM SO STUPID WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME" Rory was completely hysterical at this point
"Ok ok ok you have got to calm down it will be fine. Moms going to be more upset if you don't tell her and she finds out from someone else. Just tell her. I promise she will be happy for you ok"
"Are you sure?"
"100% it's not like you had a full on orgy in the market it was just a kiss"
"Ok gross"
"And you said thank you that was very polite very good manners indeed" lavender replied with a smirk laughing slightly
"Ok I'm leaving now" Rory said rolling her eyes
Rory in fact did not tell her mother about the kiss. Mrs Kim bet her to it much to her dismay.
And lavender was right lorelai wasn't upset about the kiss she was just upset about Rory not telling her.

It was movie night at the Gilmore house. So as the Gilmore girls made there way to the market the oldest Gilmore ranted on
"Ok we have to be quick cause the video store is gonna close. So stick to our list no impulse buying like toothpaste or soap"
Suddenly though Rory stopped causing lavender to crash into her
"Hey!" A disgruntled lavender said trying to steady herself
"Rory?" lorelia looked at her youngest daughter
"Hey you know what? I think we have enough stuff to eat at home" Rory said
But it was obvious to both her mother and sister that she just didn't want to go into the market and possibly see Dean.
"Really? Where do you live cause the home I left this morning had nothing" lorelia asked her daughter
"Agreed unless you count the stale pop tarts and condiments" Lavender added
"Well we're ordering pizza that's enough"
"Pfft yeah if I'm the only one eating it's enough" Lavender replied
"Are you crazy you can't watch Willy wonka without massive amounts of junk food. It's not right I won't allow it. We're going in And your sisters right 1 pizza is not enough for all 3 of us."
But Rory didn't move
Lorelia sighed "Rory it's fine"
"It's to weird"
"I'm gonna have to meet him eventually"
"Ok how about next year?"
"Hey I've already meet him can I at least go in?" Lavender asked growing impatient thinking her sister was being absolutely ridiculous. It was just a kiss something Lavender Gilmore had done countless times. Lavender was very different to Rory in that respect Lavender had her first kiss at the ripe age of 10 during a game of truth or dare on the playground she couldn't even remember the boys name all these years later. In fact lavender couldn't remember half of the people she had kissed over the years she didn't even try to keep track. Making out with boys in lavenders mind was just something to make the school day go by faster or something to do when a party was dull.
"I'm going to be so cool in there you will mistake me for shaft." Lorelia states ignoring her other daughter
"There will be no interrogation." Rory tells her mother
"I swear"
"No kissing noises, no stories from my childhood,  no referring to Chicago as chitown, no James Dean jokes, no father with a shotgun stares, no Nancy walker impressions" Rory continues tell her mother
"Oh come on!" Both lorelia and lavender reply
"Promise me." Rory asks with a sigh
"I really and truly promise. Now can we please go into the market?"
The girls finally make there way into the market and get there stuff which lavender was very thankful for as she was now starving.
Dean packed there groceries and there mother only made one comment right when the were leaving calling Rory a supermarket slut lavender found it very amusing Rory not so much.
Once the exited the market lorelia said she need coffee so the twins ran off to the video store before it closed.
