Lavender woke up the next morning with a smile on her face. Surprisingly she had a wonderful time at the birthday party her grandmother had arranged last night. Lavender and Tristan talked and danced and laughed. And to end the night Madeline and Louis joined them outside by the pool with a bottle of some disgusting alcohol they had stolen from inside. It was a perfect end to a marvellous night. Lavender was having such a good time she was blissfully unaware of the fight the other females in her family had. Lavender jumped out of bed after reminiscing about her night and quickly gets dressed and ready for they day. She puts on a simple black mini skirt, a black graphic tee, stockings and her classic black docs that she wears with almost anything
Lavender makes her way down the stairs and into the kitchen "hey mom hey sookie" she greats the two woman in the kitchen
"Hey popcorn you want pancakes?" Sookie asks the young girl
"No thanks I told clove I'd meet her at Luke's and was meant to be there like 10 minutes ago"
"You're going to be back in time to help us decorate for tonight though right?" Her mother questions
Lavender laughs "hell no this is my birthday I do not work I lounge and mock those that do. I will however be back in time to lounge and mock you don't worry"
Lavenders mother smiles at her daughter chucking slightly "just like momma taught you " lorelia smiles "have fun be good" she tells her daughter putting emphasis on the word good
"Yeah yeah see you later" lavender waves to her mother and Sookie and she makes her way to Luke's.
Lavender sat herself down in Luke's at the table that clove was occupying
"Your late" clove said with a glare
"I know I'm sorry I slept in"
"It's fine I figured you'd be late so I've only been here a minute" clove replied with a smirk
"Hey I'm not always late"
Clove just rolled her eyes knowing that the Gilmore was in-fact always late
"So how was your fancy party last night?" Clove questioned
"Ya no it wasn't that bad I actually had a really good time and Tristan got me a beautiful lighter look" Lavender replied pulling the lighter tristan had gifted her out of her pocket
"Ooo tristan aye" Clove replied with a wink
"Oh shut up he's just a friend"
"Sure he is I bet you have him a big kiss after he gave it to you oh tristan give me some sugar sweetie" clove mocked lavender making kissing sounds
Lavender laughed brushing off her friend a slight blush appearing on her face as she thought about the kiss her and tristan shared last night 'that was nothing tho'

It was now the night of the Gilmore twins starts hollow birthday party and it was a completely different vibe than the previous night. Everyone they knew and liked from the town was there. Rory and lavender where sat on the couch next to there mother both wearing a birthday crown and feather bow-a.
"Open it open it open it" There mother cheers and the tear into there gift from her
"Noo" rory says with a big smile
"Mom this way to expensive" lavender replied smiling down at her new laptop. Rory got a blue one and lace der got a baby pink one as pink was her favourite colour.
"I know that's what I told the guy at the store" lorelia replied smiling at her daughters excited faces
Both girls jump on there mother and give her a big hug
Soon Sookie came over with a huge cake with both girls faces on it
"Ok oh 3 cause I'm gonna drop it" she says placing the cake on the table
"1 2 3 happy birthday to you"
The rest of the night was pretty standard apart from the fact that there grandparents showed up which frazzled the twins mother greatly. Lavender thanked her grandmother for the party and told her she had a wonderful time which seemed to please her very much as she gave her a huge hug. Something very out of character for her to do to lavender as she always seemed to favour Rory. Lavender had a equally good time at both her parties. After her grandparents left they had a big food fight and to end the night Lavender, Clover, kole and James snuck some of lorelias beers and got reasonably tipsy as was there tradition
