My body hurt and my stomach was growling. I stood there in the corner closing my eyes praying that they find her sooner so that he can come free me.

Alutha
We got in the car after the other guy came back and drove off in silence. I could sense that he wasn't okay but I kept quiet cause this wasn't the time to act out.

Zwakhe
I could tell she had so many questions but she wasn't about to ask me so I held her tight and took comfort in her presence.

Donald
It was close to dinner and Amandla wasn't back so i took out macaroni and did a quick macaroni and cheese than went to help the girls with changing to pj. When done i went to the kitchen found Buhle making a salad that will go well with the macaroni.
Me: Thanks
Buhle: She probably lost track of time
Me: Yeah
The girls came to the dinning area and we were about to pray when she walked in looking defeated. She washed her hands and came to the table.
Amandla: Sorry am late guys I was at Amani place.
Luthando: how is she?
Lunwabo: Can we go there tomorrow?

Amandla
I tried to calm my nerves how can I say this without sounding hysterical
Luthando: I want to hold her baby.
The room went silent.

Donald
I know my daughter never says something that not going to happen or that has happened.
Me: What baby?
Luthando: the one that in her tummy!
Buhle looked at her and She looked away.
Buhle: Ma??... is sisi Amani pregnant?
She stuffed her face with food and started chewing while they waited for an answer and swallowed.
Me: Khuluma Amandla!!
Amandla: yes
I felt my heart skip a beat and looked at her.
Me: since when? I was with her a few days ago and she looked normal and never said anything to me.

Amandla
Now how do I tell him that she was normal but now she expecting a child.
Me: Am just back to pack up a few clothes so I can be there for her.
Donald: What you mean?
Me: She giving birth either tonight or in the morning am not sure.
Buhle and Donald: What?
I looked at my food and started eating.
Buhle: Am coming with
Donald: So am I
Me: And the girls
Luthando: We coming too
I looked at all the serious faces.
Me: There something you should know. This is it. Am going to tell them the whole truth. I looked at Donald and wiped a tear.
Me: We are witches!!
The whole room was silent.

Donald
I looked at her and smiled. Finally she told me. Iv known from the day she handed me Amani. Iv watched her grow and do incredible things as a child. I once saw her close herself in a bubble whenever Khabonina and I fight. Am not sure that she knew of her powers but when she was 5 she had a box full of chocolate in her room, when I asked her where she got it from. She than showed me how she did a magic trick of how she made the chocolate appear. That when I knew the rumours about her mom were not rumours.  I looked at her and smiled.
Me: I know
Amandla: you know?
Me: You gave me our child to raise, did you think it was easy to do so?
Amandla: Am sorry
Me: no you not getting it. Am not saying am angry or something. Am just saying i noticed un explainable things raising her.
Amandla: I see
Luthando: So we going ?
We all looked at amandla.

Amandla
Now how do I explain the Ntabazinhle clan?
Me: there is something else.
Donald: The girls told me about them having wings
I looked at everyone on the table.
Me: and you okay with it?
Donald: They make her happy and that all that matters to me. When she happy.
I smiled at him
Me: Yes you can come but keep in mind that her pregnancy is not a normal one.
Luthando: Will her baby have wings?
Lunwabo: That will be so cool.
I looked at Donald smiling. He truly is the best dad any person could ever ask for....
