it had been over ten minutes now and there was still no sign of blair. in fact, there was no sign of nate or serena either. all three of them were gone which could only mean one thing and it wasn't good.
madison began to grow worried as each minute she couldn't find blair went by but that worry settled as her cousin rushed into the room. the brunette seemed to be searching for someone, determination expressed on her face.
her eyes then settled on dan humphrey. blair walked up to the boy and began to talk to him, "dan? hi, i'm blair waldorf, serena's friend."
by blair's tone of voice alone, madi could tell she was up to no good and she was talking to dan humphrey no less.
"yeah, do you happen to know where she is?" dan asked, completely oblivious to the vulgar motives hidden between her words.
"as a matter of fact, i do," blair replied and suddenly the defeated boy seemed a little hopeful. he had clearly been looking for serena for a long time.
"blair, where we're you? i was looking for you everywhere," madi said as she approached the pair but before blair could answer, serena and nate burst through the doors of the room, heading straight towards the three teenagers.
"serena, there you are," dan greeted the stressed blonde. "where were you?" he asked.
"she was waiting in a hotel room... for my boyfriend," blair answered before serena got the chance to. madi immediately turned to nate, a new found anger taking over her expression as a wave of guilt crashed over him.
"to talk," serena defended herself and while perhaps she was telling the truth, given their recent situation, it was hard for anyone to believe her.
"about why we weren't talking," nate added only making dan even more confused than he already was.
"that doesn't soundany smarter the second time," blair remarked with a small sneer.
"why weren't you talking? does this have anything to do with why you were waiting for serena this morning?" dan asked which immediately angered blair.
