Ch.2"Unbelievable."
She didn't know why she chose to show up that night. Her thoughts had been all over the place and compelled her to check out what went on in the potion masters room during tutoring.
He didn't seem like the type to reach out to his students. He didn't seem like to type to even want to have students.
It had been nearly an hour since she showed up at his classroom. And she hated every minute of it.
It was boring.
Snape looks up. "What did you expect?" He scowls.
"To learn something" she says under her breath.
"We've already caught you up with the last four chapters." He eyes her. "You haven't learned anything?"
She doesn't respond her gaze turning back to their textbooks. Her hand reaches out turning his around to view the page number.
"Let's just finish up" she turns the pages to match his.
He scoffs. "Since you seem to know everything why don't we do a review"
She hums already ready to zone out. Her head tilts to the side.
He looks at her, the disinterest in the subject starting to rub off on him.
They wouldn't have been there in the first place if he learned to say no to the headmaster.
"Uh huh."
"Really ?" He ponders. "You think this is my fault"
She never said that.
"This is ridiculous" he scoffs with an insulting tone. "You still thought it"
She shrugs looking away.
He shouldn't have invaded her thoughts if he didn't want her input.
"Unbelievable."
"Stop doing that." She hated not being able to trust her own thoughts. It felt like he had gone through her room. Things out of place and randomly reappearing in front of him.
Jerk
A silence lingered between the two. Snape aware of her lack of interest in conversing and searching for answers from her decided to test the waters.
"Let's say you continued to miss class..." He ponders. "...and eventually midterms-final exams began, how do you suppose you'd pass the class with no classroom experience?"
Experience wasn't something she was worried about.
His brow quirks.
Rubbing her temples in frustration she glared down at the table. Something had to be done about his reoccurring invasions.
Her shoulders rise and fall halfheartedly. "The tests are multiple choice aren't they?"
