Chapter 6:

After the surgery of all 5 of the people who were injured, law left the operation room. He needed some fresh air so he went to the back of the hospital, where his favorite spot was . When he got there he saw Monet smoking as she leaned against the hospital wall. Law wanted to avoid contact with her ,especially now that they weren't in a relationship anymore . So he turned around to go back to the hospital but then a voice called out to him

"Law I've been waiting for you" .

It was Monet , she was looking at his back side with those enchating eyes. Those he had fallen victim to before. Great, now law had to actually talk to her.

He sighed and walked towards her, while scowling at her" what the hell do you want? " Law said while leaning against the wall.

"I'll get straight to the point," she said as she got closer to him with each word" im horny law ,and only you can satisfy me~" once close enough her hand made its way towards his crotch.

"If that was the case then why the hell did you cheat on me? And with my professor!?" Law told her as he grabbed her hand and pushed her away .

" Come on law, just give me anoter chance.." Monet purred.

He sighed at her ignorance," Monet things between us have been over for the past year, move on" law said as he walked away.

Then her face went blank "it's because of that straw hat boy, isn't it , you love him " law didn't like where this conversation was headed.

Her rage got even worse by the second " you want to have sex with him!? Don't you!?"

"Calm do-"

"Shut up! let me tell you something " she cut him off "hes not who he says he is! And you'll find that out the hard way!" Monet yelled , and after she noticed laws reaction she stormed off into the bushes .

That made law look at her with a face that read 'what the hell is wrong with her.'. He couldn't believe that she was assuming things about his crush,but he didn't have time to worry about her . He had other things to worry about, like his patients  .

2 days later Law went to one of his patients' room Rebecca, she was the first one to wake up . He had to get a first hand account of what happened.

" I...." She struggled to recall what happened "we have bad blood with a gang, the Donquixote gang. we usually stay away from them" law got chills from hearing the name of his childhood rapist.

"but for some reason...he attacked us..." Rebecca touched the back of her head as she told law her part of the story . looked at law with a droopy expression . Law's heart dropped, did they hurt them because they are acquaintances with him.

"Is that all you remember?" Law asked while writing down what she had told him, he had to keep his cool.

"Yes..." Rebecca said while she watched law write.

Law thanked her and headed towards the door. He was about to open the door when the door was flung open.

"Rebecca! " luffy yelled joyfully as he jumped on her , he was squeezing or hugging her tightly. But Luffy was still pretty upset about the whole thing, which kinda threw the law off. In the few months Law had known luffy he had never seen Luffy so upset, this was unusual of him.

" Thank you torao!" Luffy chanted while still in the tight embrace with Rebecca.

"Well it's my job, she should be able to leave in a week or so ," law informed him as he made his way towards the door but almost forgot to tell Rebecca something" and when you do leave Rebecca, make sure to pick up your medicine from the pharmacy " Law reminded her as he made his way out of the room to check on his other patients to see if they had woken up yet.
