Chapter 5

"Let me come with you please"

Jennie frowned and looked at Jisoo in disbelief. "What? Don't you have a house? Why would you come with me?"

Jisoo looked down and sighed then she looked up again. "It's still dangerous."

"What do you mean? We are safe now. Don't worry too much." Jennie responded still frowning at her.

"We are not yet safe....they...they saw your face. They saw our faces. And...we can't go to the polices because we don't even have pieces of evidence."

"So? They just saw our faces but they don't know us. They don't even know our names. They can't find us."

"But..."

"Why? Do you know those murderers? Do they know you?" Jennie asked raising an eyebrow.

Jisoo eye's widened. "What? N-no...I don't ... I don't know them."

Jennie let out a sigh. "Then stop being scared. Go home now and I need to get back to my condo now" she was about to turn around and leave but Jisoo immediately held her hand.

"Jennie please let me come with you. Please...let me stay with you for a while" Jisoo pleaded to look into Jennie's eyes.

Jennie thought for a second that maybe Jisoo was just so scared. Maybe tomorrow, Jisoo will leave her alone already. Jisoo saved her also, so she thinks that it's okay to let her come with her for now.

Jennie let out a heavy sigh. "Fine."

Jisoo smiled widely "Really?! Thank you."

Jennie rolled her eyes and was about to get her phone out of her pocket but it was not there.

She groaned and mentally slap herself. "Ugh, I forgot my phone. Can I borrow yours? I will just call my friend."

Jisoo nodded and reach for her phone in the pocket behind her pants.
"Shit. I lost it"

"What?"

"I lost it. I think it fell when we were running a while ago. Ugh, my wallet too" Jisoo rubbed her face frustratingly

Jennie let out a sigh. "Nevermind. Let's go now."

"Okay. Lead the way"

"Hey Rosie, aren't you sleepy yet?" Soojin asked yawning

"I'm still watching" Rosé replied without looking at her, she still focusing on the tv.

"But I'm already sleepy. Come on, your girlfriend is already asleep beside you. Go to the guest room now and sleep. Let me have the whole couch or do you want me to take the guest room?" Soojin asked leaning her back on the couch.

Rosé was in between Soojin and Lisa.

Rosé looked at her side and saw her girlfriend sleeping, leaning on her shoulder.

"No way, we will take the guest room."

"Then go. I'm really sleepy, Rosie. Turn off the tv now."

Rosé let out a sigh before grabbing the remote and turning off the television. She tapped Lisa to wake her up.

"Babe, wake up. Let's go to the room."

Lisa slowly opened her eyes. "Huh? What?"

Rosé stood up before grabbing Lisa's hand gently.
"Come on."

Lisa just nodded before standing up and letting Rosé drag her inside the guest room.

After they left, Soojin stood up from the couch and decided to get a glass of water in the kitchen. After drinking, she went back to the living room. Pulling the blanket and pillows, and arranged them on the couch before laying herself comfortably.
