11. Nurse

Y/n pov.

"If this keeps going on, i'll get beaten up every damn day" you and sigh out of frustration. Just gotta stay outta Jason way and not piss off Billy. "Its gonna be allright. Let's go to lunch together from now on, and just try to avoid Billy. If he does anything, dont piss him off. Allright, my love?" Eddie says and kisses you. "Yeah. Are we now like uhh... official?" you ask shyly and look up at him. "Hell yeah, yes we are" Eddie answers and hugs you. "Sould we let everyone else know?" he asks making you freeze. Billy cant know. He'd kill you. "No. I- i'm sorry Eds b-but i can't risk Billy finding o-out. He'll go nuts." you say as a small tear goes down your cheek. "Aww don't cry it's okay. We can keep it between us" he says and places his hand on your cheek wiping the tear away. How is Eddie this sweet? "Okay thanks Eddie" you say and snuggle closer to him.

"I think you gotta show that wrist to the nurse. It looks really bad" Eddie says and takes your bruised hand making you wince out of pain. "Oh jeez i'm sorry i didn't mean to hurt you but now get up. We are going to the nurse" he says helping you up. "No i don't wanna go. I can't tell that Jason fucked up my wrist. And what about my eye, is it bad?" you ask nervously. Eddie cups your face and gives a small kiss to your nose. "Your eye is fine. Just a little red, looks like allergies. And you can just tell that you fell over on your wrist" Eddie says taking your healthy hand and walks you to the nurse.

He knocks on the nurses door and you squeeze his hand tighter. Soon a lady opens the door. "Hello please step inside" she says and gives you a pretty smile. There are two chairs in front of the nurses desk, you sit on the left one and Eddie on the right one. Him still holding your hand. "What brings you two here today?" The nurse asks. You go completely silent and just stare at the floor. "Their wrist" Eddie says and you pull up your sleeve showing the swollen bruise. The nurse takes your wrist gently and examines it. 

"And how did this happen?" The nurse asks and looks at you. "I uhmm, fell. On the wrist" you say quietly as the nurse lets go and types something on the computer. "It is swollen and very bruised, i suggest getting to the ER as soon as possible to get an x-ray" she says and you eyes almost pop out of your head. You turn to Eddie looking scared AND confused. "W-what? Is it that bad?" He asks with wide eyes. "Yes. Mr. Munson are you able to drive them to the hospital? I will tell your teacher that you both are gone for the day due medical issues" The nurse says taling a paper out. "Yes i can drive us there thank you" Eddie says and rubs the back of my palm. "Allright i just need both of your signatures here and you are free to go. Your guardians will be notified by this too" she says and gives you the paper. You sign them and leave the office, going to Eddies car. 

"Oh jeesus fucking christ i hate Jason so much i would cut his balls off if it was legal" you mumble angrily and follow Eddie to the hallway. "Yeah he's a total prick" he says and opens the main doors for you. "Okay it's 7 km to the hospital, we'll be there in no time" Eddie says and kisses you. The whole van drive is completely silent. You are scared of going to the hospital. "Eddie d-do we have to g-go?" You ask and fidget with the ring Eddie gave you. "I know you dont want to but just look at your wrist" He says and places his hand on your thigh. Okay just breathe and it will be allright.
