𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙞 𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣 is currently 24 years old, working in 𝙄𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙘, as one of the top ranking members.
she prefers not to label her gender, but uses she/they.

with the power to manipulate ice and make anything she wants out of it, lumi has a surprisingly feisty personality. they are not afraid to speak their mind, if anything, they might even flaunt their opinions around a little too much. she is very straightforward and you will always know what she thinks of you. those who she dislikes will know she dislikes them, and for those she likes she will do anything.

lumi is not the least bit afraid of confrontation (it only makes sense after so many years of fighting, both for her place in the organization and combat), so if she disagrees with something, she will make it clear. they aren't someone who you can just order around, they rarely ever listen to others, especially if they don't have their trust. in an organization full of powerful authorities, it isn't the smartest thing to disobey orders, but she still does it. it doesn't make her stupid- maybe a little impulsive, but even without following orders, her missions turn out to be successful.

lumi is a very sharp person, able to think and react quickly. she rarely ever shows fear, or acts lost. they make sure to be a perfect role model at work. another thing that got them to the position they are in. she is very hardworking, and never gives up. it's not hope or optimism that makes her push forward, it's simple stubbornness.

they sometimes can be quite uncooperative, and prefer individual missions much more than teamwork...but they aren't the type to complain about working in a team either. sure, it's not ideal, but they had to learn to be tolerant of others.
lumi is a very protective person, and are very family-oriented (their family now being their colleagues). they are also surprisingly reliable, despite not following orders. she's sometimes described as intimidating, or 'too assertive' but once you get to know her better, you'll realize she just knows what she wants and stands for.

as for their appearance, lumi is a fair-skinned individual, with a few moles dotting their neck, though they are usually covered up by clothes or jewelry. they have a round face, with a button nose and lips tinted pink thanks to their lipgloss. her eyes are blue. she has short hair, cut into a bob-alike hairstyle, with some of the strands in the back being longer than the rest. those same strands are also dyed a bright blue, contrasting to the rest of the hair which is pretty much white.
