MAMA

We spent hours in the hospital beside my dad as we all talked together and after Seonghwa woke up in Korea, he facetimed me to check in with everyone. My Dad finally got exhausted and fell asleep, so my mom took all of us back to the penthouse before she returned to the hospital.

"I'll order everyone some food, so why don't you guys relax for now" My Uncle said and walked off to a separate room. "Well I'm heading to bed early, I'm a bit jet lagged" Ysa yawned and walked off as well.

"And then there were two" I said and looked at Jisung as we sat on the couch. "What are you guys doing for MAMA?" Jisung asked. "Our debut song and then Sunghoon and I are supposed to do a skating performance to a piano version of Into The I-Land. But, I doubt I'll get to do it since I won't have as much practice" I said.

"Felix told me you guys were coming out with plushies, is that true?" I asked as he nodded. "I'm a quokka" He said and smiled as I slightly tilted my head. "You don't know what a quokka is?" He asked and I shook my head. I thought he would be a squirrel.

He started scrolling on his phone before showing it to me. I took the phone from him and held the picture up to his face. "Your long lost twin" I laughed as he snatched his phone away from me.

"It's cute though, right?" He asked as I nodded. "Not as cute as pandas, but it looks so tiny and huggable. I want to give it a giant hug" I said.

"You can give me a hug since I look like it" Jisung smiled and held his arms open wide. "You're not as cute as a quokka" I said as he pouted and put down his arms. "Seriously no hug for your favorite cousin?" He asked again.

"Oh, is Seonghwa here?" I joked around as he playfully shoved me. "Yah, I taught you how to write lyrics and rap. I should be the favorite" He said. "And Seonghwa lets me run away to his dorm," I said.

"You can run away to my dorm anytime!" He argued. "Last time I visited your dorm, I had Hyunjin annoying me the entire time" I said. "I thought it was Changbin," he said. "Both of them, it was both of them" I nodded.

"Okay, I ordered the food, it should be here in half an hour" Uncle said as he came into the living room.

"Jisung want to go to the store nearby and get drinks" I suggested as he nodded. "We'll be back Uncle" I said and started to walk to the door with Jisung behind me. "Come back quickly, it's already quite dark" He yelled after us as we put our shoes on and left.

It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest store and Jisung and I went straight to the drink area and grabbed a couple bottles of soda. "Do you want anything else?" I asked. "Why don't we get a cheesecake" He suggested. "Go ahead, I don't care" I said as he ran off to where he must've seen the cheesecakes earlier.

I started to walk towards the candy section until I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I quickly answered it since it was Jay who was calling.

"Yah, I'm shopping right now"

"I just woke up and called as soon as I could. I wanted to check up on you"

"Oh, I'm fine. Jisung and I are out shopping right now for a few snacks before we head back to the house"

"Emily, I got the cheesecake" Jisung smiled as he ran up to me.

"You're related to Han of Stray kids?"

"Yeah, we look more similar to each other than Seonghwa and I do. Why is it surprising?"

"How many idols are you related to?"

"Just those two. Only them"

Jisung and I walked together to the register and set our stuff down as the lady started scanning the objects and putting them in a bag. Jisung offered to pay, but I was too busy talking to Jay to notice and just handed the lady my card to use.
