• Third person Pov •

Soon, their food arrived. Lee started eating without hesitation. Gaara started to pick at his food.

" So what have you been up too?"
Lee asked with his mouth full of food

"Hm, not much I guess. By the way thanks for helping find a gift for Neji."
Gaara responded eating some of his food.

"No problem!"
Lee responded with his usual reassuring smile. There was something about that smile that Gaara liked. He liked it alot. It made him feel protected and safe.

"Will you finally tell me who you got?
Gaara asked hoping Lee would tell him.

"Hm no I can't tell you just yet."
Lee replied slightly disappointed.

The two of them finished eating and parted ways. They decided they would meet to hang out at Lee's house sometime next week.

• Third person Pov: Gaara •

He got home and went to his room to just be and process the events. He was not very happy about the "Tenten situation" but he was happy they went out to eat.

• Time skip to sometime next week •

Gaara dressed himself nicely in somewhat formal attire. He then proceeded to make his way to Lee's house. It was about 8pm on a Tuesday. Lee's house wasn't a far walk from where Gaara was coming from. It was a bit chilly outside but the cool breeze felt nice.

'Hm, I wonder how Lee is tonight.'
Gaara though to himself. Soon, he made his way to Lee's front door. He knocked a couple times but no response. Lee did tell him if he herd no answer when he arrived to let himself in so he did just that.

He let himself in and took off his shoes at the door. He hung his bag and started off into Lee's home. He sat himself in the living room hoping He would run into Lee.

Soon enough he herd an all-to familiar giggle. One that sickened him to the meer though of it.

'What is she doing here'
He thought to himself as he rose to his feet.

He then herd a reply out of Lee, sounding a bit annoyed at the familiar teammate of his but Gaara disregarded his tone. He slowly but surely approached the room he heard the ear-pearcing female laugh. He followed it up a flight of stairs still trying to be as quiet as he possibly could.

Once he approached the room he slowly pushed open the door to a Crack to where he could see inside. It looked to be Lee's bedroom. He looked past the bed onto the balcony where he saw two familiar faces.

'Tenten? Lee?'
He thought to himself as he easedropped on their conversation.

" And then he went pow and bam!"
Tenten exclaimed followed with her familiar girl-ish giggle.

"I know he is so cool!"
Lee replied with a bright smile. He looked happier then anytime Gaara had seen him smile.

He gritted his teeth at the sight of Tenten slowly moving herself closer and closer to Lee. He wanted to burst open the door and yell and scream at Lee but his body wouldn't let him. He was frozen in place. Almost a state of paralysis.

"Lee...there has been something I wanted to tell you..."
Tenten said in a Shy voice. Gaara knew what was coming. He wanted to stop her. He wanted to make it stop but he couldn't. He wanted to run he wanted to move but he couldn't.

"Lee...I....I..."
Then out of nowhere Tenten leaned in and kissed Lee. Gaara felt a tear roll down his cheek. He then regained motion and ran. He ran as fast as he could. He didn't care about the noise or who herd him. He didn't stop for his shoes or his bag. He just ran out of the door and down the street.

The cool breeze no longer felt cool. All he felt was hot air in and out of his lungs as he continued to sprint down the street. He ran and ran until he made it to a small stream on the forest. In the bag he had brought with him was a gift for Lee.

He had bought Lee a watch. But not just any watch. A watch that had a matching one. The watches had a compas on them that would lead you to the other. He wrapped and signed the tag on it "Too Lee" it read.

Gaara sat against a tree and burst out a waterfall of tears. He cried for a half hour out by the stream until he finally fell asleep alone in the forest.
