Oh my god, sweet relief. I thought as I face planted into my bed. After finally finishing my duty of the first 5 hours of the night shift, I went straight to my room.

I sat up and groaned, getting up and changing from my uniform to a tanktop and some pajama pants. I stretched my body and felt relaxed after the satisfying 'pop' sound it made. I went to go lay down but as I sat on the bed I heard a knock at the door.

It's 2 in the morning, who is up? I groan and got up as the knocks got more repetitive. "I'm coming," I say as I grab the door knob. I open the door to see Pat at the door. He'd smile sheepishly, "heeeeyyyy..." "What?" I snap at him. "Sheesh, didn't know you'd be so grumpy.. Anyways, earlier today you know how I was pulled into Red's office, right?" I nod, signaling him to continue. "Well I took a look at your file and WOW you climbed the ranks fast. I pointed it out to Red Leader and he said he'd like to have a meeting with you at about 1 pm to ask you some questions and discuss how far you've gotten! Isnt that great?" "Whats so great about seeing the 'big bad red leader'?"
He'd grin, "you also get the day off!" I'd smile and quickly hug him, "Thank you Pat!" He'd laugh, "No problem, I was sure you needed it after walking in the cold! Well thats all, Goodnight!" "Goodnight Pat!" I'd wave as I closed the door.

Wow a meeting with the infamous Red Leader.
This should be fine.

I groan and wake up, rubbing my eyes as I sit up. Ugh what time is it? I ask myself as I look at the clock..8am..8AM?! I SHOULD BE TRAINING?? I start to freak out before remembering what I had today. I sigh and slip out of bed and go take a shower.

I let out a breath as I feel the hot water touch my skin. I can finally feel relaxed. That is until I step out and dry myself. I throw on my uniform and look at the time. It's only 10 am so I decide why not work out?

I walk into the army gym and begin to work out. It's uneventful but better than doing nothing. I go and jump on the treadmill, setting it to just a jog.

I never realized until now how many layers there are on my uniform, since I'm sweating, I take off the overcoat and roll up my sweater sleeves. I decide to take it up a notch and begin running.

I finish my workout and look at the time, it's just about 1 so I should probably make my way to Red Leader's office.

When I reach the door I use my fist to make an assertive knock. There was a faint "Come in" from the other side, so I walk in, taking in the way his office looks.

The man I presume is Red Leader is hunched over his desk, writing something down. He takes a glance at me looking around and straightens up. "Ah! L/N! Great to see you! Im glad you decided to show up!"

I can't help but think he looks so familiar but where from? I shrug it off slightly and walk to his desk, "You wanted to see me sir?"

"Yes! Make yourself at home while I find your file," he'd say as he started digging through his file cabinets.

I look around at his walls, there are plenty of photos and posters on them, as well as shelves. "Aha!" I hear him exclaim. I walk up to a shelf and notice a photo that catches my eye. I pull it down as he opens the file. When I take a look at the photo my breath hitches. Its a photo of me and.. "Oh my god," Red and I say in unison. We both turn and look at each other before looking back and fourth at the photos.

"TORD?!"
"Y/N?!"
