I felt my hands getting sweaty at the thought of going out soon, but I was excited. I rummaged through my closet trying to find the perfect outfit to wear. It was a little difficult considering I don't know where we're going or what he was planning. I walked into my closet and used a step stool to reach a box that was on the top shelf. In the box were necklaces and bracelets that I had gotten years prior but never decided to wear until now. There was also a thing of lip gloss and mascara that Susan had given me but never used.
I was finally set on an outfit and decided to wear a pink dress with ruffles at the bottom and a thin white sweater. I put on my calf length white socks and light pink sneakers.

I teased my hair a bit to get more volume. Then I put on a bit of lip gloss, mascara, and a tiny bit of blush. I grabbed my purse and my mini backpack and went downstairs to get ready to leave.

"To Susan's house remember?"
