Hello, and thank you for opening this story. I can promise it was not written at 2 AM.
This little note will only take a minute, but if you couldn't care less, then you can just skip ahead to the Prologue.
I do not own the characters, except for some OCs. The anime or manga most certainly do not belong to me. All I am is a fan of the incredible story.
Also, for you readers, here are some things you might find in the story to watch out for: violence, suicide, major character death (I will apologize right here and now for it), non-sexual nudity, alcohol and language.
The story takes place two years after the Promised day when Ed leaves Risembool to go study alchemy in the West. It starts directly after he admits his love and technically proposes to Winry. The year is 1917.
