Now back at the office, Amy sits in her chair as she sips on her tea and Dylan takes his seat on the edge of her desk next to her. As the two continue to talk, Fallon emerges from William's office and happily trots back towards her desk. She is delighted to see that Dylan was at their cubicle and smiles as she addresses him.

"Hi, Dylan! Been here long? Wanna go get some ice cream with me?", Fallon asks, ignoring Amy's presence.

"Oh, um... I kinda already used up my last break.", he answers.

Amy smirks and looks to Fallon. "Yeah, he already took me to Tea-Tyme and bought me boba.", she says, shaking her drink at Fallon, "I'm afraid you'll have to go get ice cream on your own, little Fallon.".

Amy turns towards Dylan and smiles as she rubs her hand along his forearm, causing Fallon to become anxious that Amy was purposefully trying to flirt with him to get a rise out of her.

"Yeah, sorry, 'Fal...", he says flatly before switching to a more passive-aggressive tone, "Maybe you should just ask Colin again...".

"Wha... Dylan... Is something wrong?", she asks with a worried brow.

"He's probably just tired of you leading him on and getting nothing in return.", Amy interjects with her sarcastic bratty voice.

"UGH, can you mind your own business for once??", she barks at Amy before becoming more subdued as she speaks to Dylan, "Dylan, if you're really upset with me about something, we can go downstairs and talk... Please don't listen to her...".

Dylan fidgets in his spot on the edge of Amy's desk. Part of him believed Amy's claim about Fallon and Mr. Reiner having an affair, but the other part still thought that Fallon liked him and that a relationship with her was possible.

Dylan sighs. "Fallon... Be honest... Do you actually like me? Or do you just like keeping me around for your own convenience?", he asks, hoping that his confrontation would pull out the truth.

Fallon grows uncomfortable with Dylan's question, and she struggles to understand why he would think that she did not like him. Glancing over to Amy, she sees that she had a vindictive smile painted across her face and knew right away that she was responsible for Dylan's confrontational behavior. Panic was setting in, and she nervously fiddles with her fingers as she tries her best to reassure Dylan.

"Of course I like you...", she mutters.

"Then will you come with me to a Fourth of July party up in Lake Conroe? My parent's throw a big party at their lake house every year, and then we go watch the fireworks show out on the boat. And I really want to show you off to my friends and family...".

"Oh my god, why is this happening now?", Fallon thinks to herself, lowering her head, "He's going to be even more upset with me...". With his wife out of town, she knew Mr. Reiner had plans for them all weekend that she did not want to break. Knowing she had to decline Dylan's offer, she looks to Dylan with puppy-dog eyes as she tries to speak without sniffling.

"Dylan... I want to, but I can't... I-I have plans already... Please, can we talk about this?", she stammers, watching as Dylan's expression sinks.

Seeing her chance to swoop in, Amy rises from her seat and steps in front of Dylan.

"You see, Dylan? She's obviously seeing someone else.", she says, placing her hands onto his chest, "I, on the other hand, am free for the fourth. And I'd love for you to show me off!".

Watching Amy so blatantly flirt with Dylan right in front of her was infuriating. It was now clear that Amy had been talking to Dylan and was trying to turn him against her. With clenched fists and a hostile glare, Fallon stomps towards Amy and confronts her.
