chapter 8

Jonathan's pov

"Steve you clearly know what I'm talking about" I say as he looks nervous "do we have to uh now I just woke up" he says as he looks away I sigh as I look at him "fine we can talk about it later but you're not getting away with not talking about it" I say as I fill my glass up with more water

"I know but we can talk later" he says as he walks back upstairs probably to his room after a minute he walked downstairs to me I was sitting on the couch this time I looked at him to see he was changed into fresh new clothes

"Wanna go to the mall with me, I'm meeting up with robin" he says with a smile "oh uh I don't know.. I gotta go home to change" I say looking at his shirt it was a baby blue button up he was also wearing black jeans and white Nikes that kinda look like converse

"oh no problem you can just borrow some of my clothes" he says with a smile as I stand up "fine but nothing to bright I'm not into the bright colors" I say with a sigh

"Oh my God you're emo" he says with a laugh I jokingly push him "I'm not emo" I say with a giggle..

After that I go to his room as he follows he goes in his closet to get me a bright pink t-shirt which I say no to making him laugh instead he gives me a black t-shirt and some blue jeans and also clean white socks

I go to the bathroom to change also the shoes I'm wearing are the ones I always wear white converse

After I change a go to the living room to see steve look at me "you look nice" he says with a smile getting off the couch he was sitting on

Then we go the his car that looks Hella nice I don't remember him ever driving this car around "you get a new car" I say as I sit in the passenger seat beside him "oh yeah my parents bought me it for my 19th birthday" he said with a smile

"Oh cool when was you're birthday" I say curiously "oh it's today" he says with a grin showing his pearly white teeth eyes on the road as he drives I was so shocked "it is!?" I say shocked I didn't even get him anything

He gave me a giggle and says "it is, but I guess I'm not going to get anything from you today"

"No no I'm gonna get you something I promise where going to the mall right!" I say grabbing his upper are I let go are I realized I grabbed it he just laughs

Steve's pov

"Jonathan I have so much money I don't need anything if I wanted something I'd buy it" I say as I pull in to the parking lot to meet up with robin "it's the thought that counts righy" he says with a smile

"Yeah. But I rather get a kiss" I say the Last part in a mumble/whisper "what?" He says questionly "oh nothing" I say with a smile as I get out the car

"Hey robin" I say as I shut the car door giving her a bro hug she smiles and I hear Jonathan get out the car

After that we all went inside..
