Noah Saturday

We pulled up to my house and Cody kept talking about something I was paying no attention to. While I was over at his place, his mum kept telling me how she wouldn't hate me if I dated her son, which I guess to say the least is better than her hating me. I wasn't sure if I wanted to date Cody though.

It's not that I hate him, because I don't. I really like him, hell if I could i'd say I might love him. I really like the idea of us being together, going out places with each other, having him over for big family dinners. "Dating" is just- I don't like the title dating. Boyfriends, together, anything like that is..better.

I opened the door to my house, and Cody ran straight to the dog like a kid. He's insanely childish, but it is cute so i'm not complaining. He started talking in his stupid baby voice again, no one else was home to see me smile at it though.

I grabbed the dog leash and walked over to Cody and the dog, who's face was in Cody's hands as he mumbled stuff. I'm sure half of it wasn't even words.

----

Cody, an exhausted golden lab, and I, finally got back to my house. Cody had the wonderful idea of carrying the dog because he felt bad for her, which made him just as exhausted.

As soon and I unlocked the front door, Cody set down the dog on the sofa and layed beside her. He brushed his hair back from his face and flung his head back out of fatigue in his body. For me hating anything to do with exercise, i'm surprised i'm not doing the same.

I walked to the kitchen, grabbing two water bottles and a dog bowl filled with water and ice. When Beau was a puppy, she used to eat the ice out of the bowl or hit it around with her paws like a cat on a desk.

Cody grabbed one of the water bottles and chugged it, definitely getting a stomach ache later. He threw the plastic at my face after he finished and sat up to grab a dog toy to play with the dog. I sat with my legs crossed on the couch, watching Cody wave a toy infront of the tired dog's face.

"We should go get ice cream!" The brunette boy shouted randomly, making me jump. He had a tendency to just randomly shout things out of no where, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing in my eyes, it was scary sometimes though.

"If you're paying, sure." I sat up and walked over to the golden dog to pet her back. Cody sat up after I got near the two and pulled me up from my knees. I grabbed the car keys off a near by table and locked the house. I know Cody didn't bring his wallet, he just pretended he did so I would say yes.

The drive there was very...interesting. Every three seconds he'd come up with a new idea. Of course we passed by a park, a forest where one couple was having a picnic, an arcade, a corner store. Any normal person wouldn't dream up an idea by looking at a corner store, but of course Cody could.

"Noah! We should raid the corner store and have an all nighter, that'd be so cool!" He shook my arm while talking. I luckily didn't have that hand on the wheel, we'd probably be dead if I did.

"Well do you want to do that, or to get ice cream?" He pouted for a few seconds, crossing his arms and sticking out his bottom lip. He muttered a low "corner store," which was barely audible.

"Jesus, you're like a little toddler pouting because you don't get both." He stayed silent with his arms still crossed. I rolled my eyes and smirked before making a U-turn to go back to the corner store.

I parked and followed the overjoyed seventeen year old toddler into the corner store. He instantly ran over to the isle with candy and grabbed different bags of gummy worms and sweets.

"Uh, I kinda never grabbed my wallet when we left my place haha?" I smiled and rolled my eyes, walking over to him to ruffle his hair.

"I suppose I could pay for it, as long as you don't trash my room." He smiled at me and grabbed some more candy, dropping a few of the other candies he had tucked in his arms.
