TW: Mention of killing, violence, death, swearing, violent behaviors

Techno's POV:

This place was significantly less boring than the sector house. There was better food, more comfortable beds, readily available medical supplies whenever I needed it, and I felt this strong sense of safety for the first time in forever. Safe, that was a nice word and I feel lik-

Dude, you seriously can't be feeling safe right now. When were we ever safe?

SAFETYYYY!

I think we should just kill all of them and take this hideout for ourselves

I feel anger boil up at how the voices rudely interrupted me but I take a few deep breaths so I don't completely lash out while Dream is sitting right next to me.

"What's with the deep breaths? You okay?" Dream looks at me with his head slightly tilted. It was morning and we were sitting outside the house on a small bench, just enjoying the fresh air.

"Oh you know, it's just the voi-" I stop myself right there. I can't believe I almost did that, I've never told anyone about the voices and I really don't plan to. I hold my breath, just hoping that he won't question it. He seems to get the idea and drops it but gives me a look that tells me that he wants an explanation. I just shake my head.

"Just thinking about how I feel safe right now. And it's hard to do that because I know it won't and can't last," I whisper as I lean my head on Dream's shoulder which was surprisingly comfortable.

"That's understandable, it's very peaceful here. I like it," He stares off into the sky, seemingly distant. I wonder what he's thinking about but I decide not to ask. I heard footsteps behind me and I looked in the direction to see Wilbur walking up to us.

"Helloooo!" He greeted us, "We just finished breakfast if you guys want to come in."

"Yeah sure. We'll be there in a second," Dream smiled. I found myself staring at his smile, he was so ethereal. I felt so unbelievably safe with the dragon that I couldn't help but be cautious. As I've learned time and time again, nothing good ever stays. Oh but how I wish this beautiful man will stay.

"What are you staring at?" Dreams smirking face snapped me out of my thoughts. I quickly diverted my eyes to the ground.

"Nothing. We should go inside," Without looking back at the teasing face I could sense on Dream's face, I headed inside to see what was for breakfast. Even though I don't normally eat, the food here is just too amazing to turn down (Phil's amazing cooking skills! Wilbur's ability to set literally anything on fire. And Tubbos failure to cook pancakes properly! What a great family we have here :D)

-

I offered to clear the plates after everyone had finished eating but Phil always denies my offer every single time. I don't know what was so wrong about me helping around the house, I'm the one who's technically barging into their lives.

Everyone was still seated at the table at the request of Phil, he said he wanted to ask us something about the sectors. I thought it was a bit weird but I just shrugged it off, probably going to ask about the conditions or something random like that. Dream was seated next to me, at my request. Sorry but I don't trust anyone here.
