Tom was not excited to do work on the field, but he had to. Tom got dressed in casual clothing and grabbed a few items. He had a tour to go on.
————-
The tour took about two hours and he didn't see much of the building. Tom was subjected to lies and mistruths the Scarlet records employee was forced to say.The building was tall and wide, covered in obnoxious reds and metallic blacks.
"I have no idea why I'm even here...", Tom muttered under his breath.
Tom glared to himself and the other tour guests stepped a little bit farther from him as the tour continued.
"Awe, come on, it can't be that bad.", someone nudged him playfully.
He looked up at them with the same expression he had in the first place. It was a young man with spiked hair and a red hoodie. He sighed and his expression fell into a neutral, dead frown.
"Well, I came here to get rid of boredom and was give more boredom.", he lied easily.
The man grinned at him and began to talk again, he wasn't really listen and didn't really want to talk to him. He was feeling extra grumpy today.
"Look man, I'm think close to ditching this tour. There's not a thing here keeping me.", unsaid was; 'not even my job', the man didn't need to know.
"Well then, why don't you? The tour is almost over.", the man said.
"Then I might as well finish it and then dip.", he said with a turn of his head.

POV change-

I'm being ignored now, but that's fine! I couldn't stand this boring tour and talking to a face I recognized made be feel better any way.The things I do for my company!
When the tour guide led us back to the front entrance, the young man in blue just walked out the front door and never looked back. I followed his example.
I ran after him.
"Wait! Want to get something to eat?", I called after him.
He looked at me for a moment and nodded.
"Sure, but you're paying for yourself.", he said before turning and walking again.
I smiled and caught up to him as he continued to walk. I introduce myself to him.
"My names Tord! What's yours?", I ask.
"Tom.", was all he said.
"Not much of a talker?", I said back.
"Not in the mood right now.", he said.
We were quiet until we ended up at a fast food joint. I sat at a table in the corner and Tom sat across from me.
