5. Epilogue

"I knew there's something in this person."

I'm about to go out of my walk in closet when I got this idea to call Clark and ask him about my new maid. She's been working for me for about a month now and everyday she leave me a note beside the dinner she prepared for me.

It's decided, I'm going to find out who she is. Her identity will justify the fate of those notes if I'm going to throw them or will just keep them.

"Boss, I'm stuck in the traffic. Can you wait for me a little bit more?" Clark answer my call immediately. Worrying if I'm mad because he's getting late.

"It's fine. By the way can you find some information about my new maid? I want to know her."

"Boss, what are you talking about? I placed her information sheet in your office table last time, remember? Don't tell me you didn't check it yet? Also you have cctv cameras inside your house, you can check her videos in your computer."

"Really?"

"Honto! Why? Is there something wrong? Did she steal something?"

"Nothing, nothing! Okay, drive safely. Mata ne! Bye!"

After I hang up the phone, I immediately went to my office and look for my maid information file. My face gradually became happy when I found her file at the top of my table. Excitedly I took it and look inside the folder.

In my surprise, I found out that the girl who is working as my maid now is the girl I met on the plane.

To confirm my speculation, I immediately check the cctv footage on my computer. The videos clearly shows me that I'm right. I was so amazed with what's happening. I thought that I will never see her again but there she is working as my maid. Smile gradually appears in my face again, now I understand why I feel something whenever I read her words in the notes. I knew there's something in this person.

Watching her doing her job makes me happy, I just don't understand myself. She's lively, cute and looks happy with what she was doing. She carefully performs her job well and it makes me feel impressed. I got very curious about her and I want to know her more. I think she's very amusing and interesting.

As I watch all the cctv footage I found one more interesting video. She got tired after cleaning the living room. She takes her break as she carefully sat down on the couch. After a while I notice the changes of her expression. Her lips moves slowly. I increase the volume of the footage audio to hear what she was saying. But to my surprise I found out that she is singing. Her voice was warm and lovely. I can't believe that this girl can really sing. I find her so amusing again.

It seems like she was comforting herself by her song but it turns out that her voice reaching inside my head now. She has a talent, I'm sure of that. It flatter my heart and I heard how it beats in a different way like it never did before.

Carefully I watch her singing and gradually a smile suddenly appears on my face again. But it disappear immediately when I saw her smile turned into sadness. Little by little her tears started to fall from her eyes.

After a while I noticed her crying out loud as if she was in a deep sorrow. What happened to her that makes her cried that way? I'm curious and perhaps worried about her.
