Chapter Eight

Sitting on the floor of the shower allowing the water to fall with a pitter patter on my skin. I decided I'm not going to school today so I'm sitting in the shower as the swift rainfall from the faucet sooths me. 

The sound of the door bell broke me from my relaxing trance. I sighed getting up and turning the faucet off. I grabbed a towel wrapping it around my body tightly. I used my vampire speed to get down the stairs, I loved the way It gave me a rush. 

I opened the door. There he stands no shirt on his pants low on his waist his boxers visible. His hair in an I don't care manor and his chocolate eyes beading into my sea-breeze eyes. 

"Uh hey." He said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Hi. Uh who are you?"

"Its me Aiden."

"From like the letters Aiden?"

He nodded. "So you did get them"

"Yeah but my sister thought they were trash so she filled them in a drawer don't ask why I don't know , before we moved here I found them and opened one. , I didn't know who you were."

"I was your bestfriend."

"Come in." 

I walked him to the living room and sat on the couch.

"So , how'd you find me and Aria?"

"I followed your scents ."

"We got on a plane."

"Its even better for me ."

'He's no threat.'

"Well my wolf says your not a threat so I'm fine. How do you handle the Lydian business its to much for me and I can barely control my wolf."

"You just have to balance it out , feed one month change the other month and always talk your wolf."

"I cant change there's a pack around here."

"So."

"Technically were rogues bruh."

"True." He said rubbing a fake goatee and I laughed shaking my head.

"So where are you staying?" I said turning to face him.

"Here?" He asked. I rolled my eyes standing up and pulling his hand up the stairs. Opening the door beside mine I walked into Arias room. Walking further down I found a room with a bed and dresser.

"Well there you go by the way you need clothes were going to the mall."

I left walking into my room before he could object. I put on a black half shirt and denim jeans leaving them unbuttoned to reveal my bathing suit bottoms . I put on black converses. Out of a dresser drawer I grabbed some of the money my great granny left me then  skipped out of my room.

"Kay you have to tell me all you possible can about Lydians and me and my sister because we don't remember a thing." I said walking down the stairs knowing wherever he was he could hear me. I went to the bowl near the door and took out the keys to the Maserati.

"Come on!" I yelled. He left the living room shaking his ear and I walked to the garage and climbed into the car him getting in beside me and I pulled out onto the main road to drive to the mall.
