Chapter ThirtyTwo

"If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything."

Lyells POV

I leaned back on the tree with my legs crossed and strecthed out. My arms crossed over my chest as I looked past Simon still I listened to what he was saying.

 "It all started when I had first seen Alex. I was the Alpha of this very pack actually. This is Forester Pack am I right?"

I nodded.

"I remember cus' I pissed on this very tree and every one going north and south marking my territory I  can still smell it a little. But anyways her father had brought her and her friend Aiden over and they were playing outside.

I dont know what it was about her , her smile , her laugh her eye color or her personality or even the fact that she resembled my wife slightly - Ive always had an obsession for her since then.

My wife - mate was a human she had friends that worked with chemicals and earth and many diffrent species. One day her friend was over and there was a pitcher on the counter , I thought it was a drink or some substance she made on her attempt to cook.

I dipped my finger in it and put it in my mouth a small shock went through my body and it confused me. So I poured it into a cup and drink it all it was like energy flowing through me I lost balance and had the sudden thirst for blood not only that I went through change again.

A decade later my wife had died of a common disease of the 1400 I never spoke of what I experienced after drinking the green substance. Her friend contacted me and asked me how I was even alive she told me what it was that I had drank.

It was plenty of blood from immortal creatures , wolfsbane which is a plant as well as thistlefox which is also a plant , and snake venom. 

I would live on for centuries I like any other Lydian would age one year every 3 centuries. 

I planned an attack on Myers territory with rogues and vampires so that Alexs dissapearance wouldnt be of too much concern. Hunter helped me him and Blaine they were in it just for the money.

That was until Hunter met Alex he turned out to be her mate and he wouldnt let me near her or touch her. Blaine sided with him and kicked me out of my own operation. I went on with the little syrim I had and injected people with it to still have some power over what I had planned to do.

I was going to have Alex - so I thought. Turns out she and her sister had escaped I've been looking for her ever since. She left a part of her behind with Blaine. I tied Blaine to a pillar of the light house in New York city it would take him only an hour to untie himself.

That was morethan enough time for me . I went back for Ella and took her up to the mountains and realized that her powers were fully developed. She like her mother and sister bind together the unlikeliness of all the immortal creatures at peace. It looks like Alexs powers are developing but I wouldnt know.

Anyways my emotions would get the best of me at times and Id strike Ella and say hateful things to her and make her cry to force away the thought of her mother finding us and successfully getting Ella away from me and she did.

So I came here to calm myself from going on a rampage I ended up spotting her and Ive been following her and Ella and sometimes her sister around since then. She attacked me and left me. Her psychotic witch and vamparic grandmother caught me with her witch shit and it pissed me off.

Come on how are you a witch and a vampire? Well anyways yeah im guessing yall tied me to a tree after she successfully knocked me out. Well I wouldnt say tied since theirs also chains on me."

I nodded thats alot to take in. This dude is sick. I stood and walked towards my pack house.

"Wait where you going ?" 

"Bye Simon." 

I closed the back door of the pack house and went up to the game room to see everyone staring at Ella she was floating her hair was sticking up her legs were crossed her eyes were the color of lightning and she was giggling trying to catch her hair in her hand. 

"Uhh Chase looks like you got your hands full , David come help me finish the situation with the Nikki chick." He nodded and we made our way down stairs to the dungeon. Walking to the cell her eyes met Davids and then something clicked in my head.

"Nichole Laylani Ramos."  

"Nikki?" David whispered walking to the cage.

"Daveey Baaby." She said in tears and I felt bad with the fact that he was going to lose her for the second time.

Alex POV 

I sighed getting out of the shower wrapping myself in a towel.

"I wanna go home ." I mumbled.

"Me too - hey where are you going." He asked as I walked to the door just in my towel.

"Home."

"No put some clothes on."

"Come on Ill use my vampire speed they wont even notice."

He groaned. "Go ahead." 

I smiled and used my vampire speed to get to the game room. Ella jumped on me catching me by surprise were both lucky that I tied the towel tight around my body. 

"Bye guys ." I said turning and following Lyells scent. It led me to the dungeon opening the door. The Nikki chick had him and David up by their necks. I put Ella down she smiled with a nod knowing what I was going to say. I used my vampire speed to get behind her grabbing hold of her neck

"Nikke put them down. Now." I said using my alpha tone. 

She lowered them until they were on the floor but kept hold of their throats. I squeazed her throat more.

"Let them go ." I said with authority. 

Her hands dropped and I flung her back into the cage her back hit the wal so hard the cage closed itself. I picked up the keys and locked the cage.

 "She manipulated your wolf didnt she Lyell?" I said slitting my wrist.

He nodded and opened his mouth to speak I put my wrist to his mouth. I pulled it away.

"David open your mouth."

He listened and I dripped blood into his mouth.

"It should fix ya wind pipes and bruises get out of here and dont come back down here." I said walking to and picking up a glowing Ella. I waited till they left and locked the dungeon door . 

"Bye." Ella said happily then in a flash I was standing in my room. 

Sitting Ella on the bed I walked to the closet and dressed in a robe. My foot brushed something and I got a seering pain on the side of it. I looked down at the book and hissed. I knew I couldnt touch it so I stepped back going to Ella.

"What is that?"

I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Ella why do you sound so mature." I said looking at her and blinked a few times to register that she had grown a whole foot.

"Today is my birthday!" She said happily.

She looked more like me like a baby me before she looked like me and hunter now she just looks like me. With a blue eye and a seabreeze colored eye. Her hair now touching the floor. I cant believe this happened in only a matter of seconds.

"Happy Birthday Ella." I said kissing her cheek.

"Is that book for me?" She said running to the book an inaudible sound came from me instead of me telling her no. But when she picked it up it was like nothing at all. She opened it and it was completely blank yet she was laughing.

"What is it Ella?" 

"His face." She pointed to a blank page.

I was about to tell her I didnt see anything with a pain flushed threw me and the last thing I remember wa screaming and Ella yeling mommy.
