After the altercation with my father I packed a bag. Grabbing as much as I could. I walk over to the phone I had in my room and dialed Steve's number.

"Please pick up" I whisper anxiously waiting.

"Hello?" Steves voice came through the phone. I let out a sigh of relief. "Steve can you come pick me up. Please?" My throat starting to close. "Yeah of course I'm on the way" he said without hesitation. "Thank you Stevie" I say before I hung up.

Steve has always been like a big brother to me. He's helped me through everything.

A few minutes pass and I noticed Steve's car pulling up outside. I grabbed my things and hopped out my window to avoid my dad and walked over to Steve's car.

"Are you okay y/n?" He asked with a concerned and upset tone. I could tell he knew that happened. I just shook my head no, knowing if I spoke I'd start crying again.

After a moment of silence I decided to speak. "Can I stay with you for a little bit Stevie? I can't be there. With him.". "Of course. You can stay as long as you need." He gave me a soft smile as we pulled into his driveway.

Once we got in I ran up to my usual room and unpacked my stuff. I've stayed over so many times I pretty much have my own room. Not that I'm complaining. It was nice to know I had a place to go if I needed it.

After I had finished putting my stuff away I head downstairs. I noticed Steve starting to get things ready. "Hey Steve do you need help setting things up?" I asked approaching him. "Uh no y/n I'm pretty much done. Thank you tho" he said giving me a smile. "People should be showing up in a little while though." He continued. "Ok I'm gonna go change then. Love you Stevie." I ran back upstairs and started to get ready.

After I finished my hair I heard music start and voices start to flow in. I got changed putting in my favorite jeans and a black top that showed off my body a bit. I looked in the mirror again before exiting my room. "Tonight is gonna be a good night" i said in the mirror.

I walked down the stairs seeing the downstairs packed.

I made my way to the kitchen grabbing a cup and filling it with a punch that wreaked of alcohol. Just what I needed.

I woke up to the sun in my face and a raging headache. I slowly lifted myself noticing my bed was empty. No Eddie. No note. No nothing. I slowly got up putting on a pair of shorts.

I headed to the bathroom grabbing some ibuprofen before I head downstairs.

I heard voices chatting in the distance. I entered the kitchen to see Steve and Eddie talking.

"Good morning sunshine" Eddie said with a smirk on his face. "How'd you sleep?" Steve said handing me a cup of coffee. "I slept great" I said with my eyes on Eddie.

"I gotta go to work today are you gonna be okay here by yourself?" He said. "Yeah I'll be fine. Munson here will keep me company" I said to him with a smile. "Okay well I gotta go get Robin. I'll be back later y/n" he walked over to me giving me a kiss on my forehead before leaving.

After he left i turned towards Eddie. " sooo wanna go get breakfast?" I asked him with a smile. "Of course cutie let's go." We head towards his car. He ran in front of me opening the passenger door for me. "M'lady" he said as I got in the car. "Thank you sir" I with a smile. He ran over to the driver side getting in and taking off. The ride consisted of us singing along to music and me laughing at him for having little concerts at stop lights.

We pulled up to a diner. Eddie sprung out of the car which confused me until I seen him at my door opening it for me again. I gave him a smile. This was something different for me. Something I'm not used to.

We got seated inside looking at the menu talking about what we're gonna get. I decided on pancakes which I was so excited for.

The waitress came out with our food and my face lit up. I noticed Eddie staring at me. "What?" I asked confused. "Your just so cute when your excited" he smiled at me. Making me blush.

We finished our food and headed back to Steve's.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I asked as we walked through the front door. "Sure." I put on karate kid and sat down on the couch next to Eddie. "Ouu this is a good movie" he said as it started. "I just think Daniel is cute" I said with a smirk waiting for his reply. "Oh he totally is" he said in a girly voice making me laugh.

Halfway through the movie I felt my eyes get heavy. Eddie made me so comfortable. Before I know it I was asleep.

When I woke up the movie was over and Eddie was gone. A note on the table.

"Had to take care of some business. See you later love.<3"
