(2) is this a date?

After you get out of the shower you do your hair and make up. You spent about 30 minutes looking for an outfit. You decided to wear a black skirt and a black shirt that hugged you in all the right places.

It was 6 o'clock and you heard a knock on the door. You excitedly got up and opened it knowing it was Eddie. He was holding a bouquet of flowers. "Uh here I got these for your" he said handing them to you. "Awe Eddie that's so sweet thank you" you take them to put them in water. "Are you ready to go m'lady" he said holding out his hand for you to grab. "Yes sir" you take his hand and he leads you too his van opening the door for you. You thank him and got in.

"So Um do you have a movie in mind that you wanna see" you asked nervously. "Not really but we can decide when we get there" he looked over at you with a smile then back at the road.

It went silent for a moment then suddenly you got a whiff of cologne.

You turn to look at Eddie with a smile on your face. "Eddie Munson are you wearing cologne?" You say in a sarcastic tone. You notice he was blushing. He looked so cute when he blushed. "It smells nice" you continued.

Soon enough you arrived at the movie theater. You both decided on watching top gun. You get you snacks and go sit down.

As the movie went on there was slight conversation between you and Eddie. Whether it be you guy's laugh or taking about something going on in the movie.

When the movie was over you and Eddie were walking out with your arms linked together.

You made your way to his car. He once again opened the door for you. He hopped in on his side and started to take off.

"This was one of the best dates I've been on y/n thank you." His words made you blush. Date? Was this a date? If he considered it a date then so did you. "I agree. Thank you Eddie. It's been a while since I laughed like that." You reply looking down at your hands. "Do you want to come back to my place?" He hesitantly asked. "I'd like that" you say smiling at him.

After a bit of silence you start quietly singing a part of 'great balls of fire' a song from the movie that had gotten stuck in your head. You didn't think Eddie noticed. "Too much love drives a man insane" Eddie continued the song. You look at him and blush. You continue to sing the rest of the song till you get back to his trailer.

After a while of smoking and taking you caught yourself starving at Eddie. "Eddie can I talk to you about something?" You asked. He looked at you letting him know that he was listening. "There's this guy that I've been hanging out with recently and he makes me feel so comfortable. He just so perfect. His smile, his eyes, his hair, and he's such a gentleman. And I think I'm starting to like him but I'm scared." You feel the mood change. You can tell Eddie was upset but you weren't sure why. "Scared of what?" He asked. "I don't know that things might end up the way they did with Billy. I mean he stuck up to Billy for me but still you know?" Your eyes meet his hoping he got the hint that it was him. His eyes softened. "This guy won't. He just wants you to be safe and happy" he said with a smile. You slowly inch close to him. Your noses practice touching but never breaking eye contact. "I think I'm falling for you Eddie." I say still looking in his deep brown eyes. Before I know it he landed a kiss on my lips. Not just a peck. A deep passionate kiss. Your arms wrapping around his neck before he pulled away.

"It's getting late should I take you home?" He asked. You paused for a minute. "Can I just stay here?" The thought of your father getting upset with you being out with a boy scared you. "Of course sweetheart" he kissed your forehead before pulling away. He grabbed a shirt and a pair of his box. "Here's a change of clothes. You know so you don't have to be in that all night." He said as he handed me the clothes. You smiled at him as he left the room for you to change.

You take you top off standing in front of the mirror he had in his bedroom. You look at your scars in the mirror slowly tracing them with your finger. They brought up memories of some of the fights you and Billy had. Your eyes start to feel with tears. You quickly wipe your eyes and get dressed.

It was now 12:30. We watched about 2 more movies but we we're starting to get tired.

"So um I'll sleep on the couch and you can have the bed ok?" He said. "Oh uh ok" you said slightly disappointed.

Time skip

"Billy calm down ok. I'm sorry I said I'm sorry a thousand times." You say backing away. You can see the anger in his eyes. There was fear in your voice. "Stupid bitch." He slams you against the wall. He leans down grabbing a handful of your hair. "You need to learn how to listen better" he tosses your head down causing you to blackout.

You wake up in a panic breathing hard.

"Eddie?" you quietly say while slowly walking out of his room. As you walk closer to the living room you see him sitting up and instantly start smiling. You didn't say anything for a while. You stood there admiring him. His beautiful brown hair, he lightly lined abs, his hands and his rings. Everything about him you loved.

"Hey are you okay y/n" he said once he noticed you. "Um can you come lay down with me" you say shyly and nervously afraid of how he might react. You noticed him lightly smiling. "Yeah of course."

You go back to the room both laying down on your backs looking up at the ceiling. Not much taking between the both of you.

After a while you turn your whole body facing him. At first he just turns his head to look at you. Then is whole body.

"Your beautiful y/n. You know that." He said looking in your eyes putting his hand on your cheek. You know where he wants things to go. "Eddie. I'm really tired. Are you ready to go to sleep?" You asked looking away from him. "Uh yeah sure" you heard the disappointment and confusion in his voice.

You felt bad but you just weren't ready for that yet.
