VEGASPETE : TWO WORLDS APART

Chapter 18

" Pete, where are we going?" Pol asked as we were just speeding up with no particular place, I too was blank out by now, this much adventure was enough for my poor little soul, I had done way much I thought I was able to, and I was really tired and the blood which was seeping out from my wrist was also making me dizzy.

" I don't know."

" What do you mean? Don't you have this master plan which made us all come out from the grasp of the predator itself?"

" I just did it on my guts, it wasn't well planned anyways."

" You really got a nerve, I thought you to be a nerd all my life but you are really brave to do that knowing you are in trouble with us too."

" Is that a compliment?"

" He must know all of your places and friends by know, similar for us, and hotels and other stay ins are not safe, where should we go?" Arm said as he was quiet for a long time, he is very smart in these stuff, of course he has to be, he is a professional hacker. 

" There is a place we know, no one knows about it, we can go there." One of the two guys spoke, the other one was not in senses to talk, he was alive was enough deal for him.

" But by watching your state I don't think we should chose your hideouts dude, its way worse." Pol said sarcastically, but he was right.

" There is one way, he will never think of it."

" Hometown."

" Its way too obvious pete."

" Not ours, Yul's hometown, no one will imagine that we could be there."

And that's how we headed to Hua Hin, I called Yul after reaching there and we decided to hide in his home for a while until we think what to do next,  the house is just vacant as his parents passed away not too long ago, I also just told him that I have to be out of town for a while and cover up for me, and as my concerts are over so he took the thing lightly, as we reached there, we went to hospital first, where we get the two unfortunate brother admitted, and our trio got treated too, as Arm had minor injuries and so does Pol, as for me I was feeling dizzy for a long time but holding on, I even need to get blood infusion.

We left the two their as the doctor asked and it was almost dawn, too many events were happened and all of it was too much to handle that as soon as I reached the room, I thrashed on the bed and passed out leaving my worries for the next day.

The next time I woke up was 7pm, it was dark outside, they were preparing for dinner as no one has eaten anything, we quickly had it as I was literally starving so does my buddies.

" Isn't it been so long for us to literally graze like that." Pol said, his mouth stuffed with curry rice although he still managed to smile with it.

" I don't want all this to happen for us to be together, I was hella worried about you two, you don't even had an idea what I had to do just to save your asses up." I grunted out.

" Wait, he was after you because of which we were caught, I mean who the hell kidnaps someone to ask what type of food he likes and even your dating history."

" He even asked that?"

" Many more stuff that I don't want to be discussed, I felt bad to tell him but I have to Pete, he threatened us with a gun." Arm said with a guilty look on his face.

" I am sorry as it all is because of me, why the hell do I have to be stuck with him out of all the people in the world."

" It isn't his mistake, you are born that handsome, no way he fell for you." Pol said, he doesn't have any role in the argument but he had to say what he wants which are out of context ,most of the time.

" Well how do you manage to get us out, I mean it was nearly impossible for you to do it alone and who are these to guys?" Arm spoke with a serious look.

" I just managed it somehow, honestly I locked him up and beat the pulp out of him, and he begged me to leave him alive that's how I made a deal with him, to let you to go and the guard there were also scared to fight me, so they all went away as soon as they saw me."

" Enough of your shit, I know you can't even fight Pol properly, but that isn't important, we got freed is what important."

" I am telling truth, I literally beat him up, and these two guys are also mafia like him, he wants to kill them too so I just brought them along."

" What the fuck Pete? Are you mad?" Arm scoffed, I don't know why.

" It means he was after them more, he could have even forgotten about you and us but they are bigger trouble, he will definitely come after for them as he for sure has a reason to lock them and they are mafia by themselves it means we are stuck in between."

" No, he is behind their father, and how do you expect me to leave them, just like you were their because of me, they were their because of their father, and I just couldn't."

" Pete, its good to be human but they are a pain in the ass, we don't want to be involved but they will also call their side for revenge and a fight will be their and you will be the cause, do you literally think they will sit here quiet just to be held and will silently walk away, NO, not at all."

" Calm down Arm, Pete, he is talking sense, but we can't undo anything now, so we helped them and now let us leave them be on their own, and we should go to far away for a while."

" I also thought about it, you two should flew to Malaysia for a while, I had to manage something here so I will follow you after sometime when I ensure that we won't be in trouble anymore."

" PETE, if its related to them, I don't want you to, you had done enough." Arm said.

" No, its not about them, its me, I can't just be out of contact, I had things to manage, the company had binded  me up so I will have to convince them and we can get security by this way too."

" Let him Arm, he is a celeb, people will doubt if he got away like that, he is grown up man so don't worry about him."

'' I don't have a good feel about this."

I did my best to convince them and they got too, Its too late for thinking right and wrong but I can't let them die without a cause, and I had to keep them until they are well and let them go where ever they want then. Arm and Pol left in the early morning from the first flight, I got them a new phone in the evening and transferred money so they can manage expenses until they reach there and on reaching Kuala Lumpur where they had their own connection to settle for a month or so.

Two days passed by like that, and the way things were going smooth were instead making me worry, well its human nature anyway, Arm and Pol had well secure place.  Yul managed to get me a longer time off, I don't know how he got me a 4 months hiatus, but anyways I still have a big stress named Vegas in my head, what he is gonna do next? But even the thought of him is giving me goosebumps as I am literally scared, he will be hella angry.

I was busy in my own thoughts about how I am ever gonna face Vegas but then I got a call from Hospital, where the brothers wanted me to come, so I went there, where they asked me to stay at the house as they don't feel secure here, although I hesitated, Arm's words were still in my mind but as they still have to recover so I decided to help them a little bit more and even brought them home. 

" You can use this room and if you need anything then I am he..... AHH...WHAAATTT...." Something hit my head so hard, I managed to turn and saw one of them holding a metal rod, but my feet were losing their balance and I fell on the hard floor, my vision became dizzy all I remember is being dragged and then it was all dark and silent.

NOTE: I had no idea how these chapters are turning out among you, but that is what I feel, Pete is obviously a humanitarian, and he decided to do a good deed but sometime naive decisions leads you to dangerous outcomes, but likewise their is always someone to give him advice, like his friends did, but what can anyone do if someone in that state asked you for help, especially with a heart like pete?  Ofcourse the world out there is cruel but he is still a fluffball, he hasn't encountered something like this before.
