Pete went away, although I sent him for his own safety but still I was in doubt, as I saw clearly that day the bullets were meant for Yul, if I was the target they could have knocked me from behind as I was sitting facing my back with Pete in front of me and Yul next to him and he was shot in the head so it can't be  a miss of target as they are professionals, still it could have been a way to indirectly warn me so I don't think about that so seriously as Porsche said it to me himself, if weren't for him I would never have sent him away. 

I got a call from him, I was happy at just his name, he is obediently following what I said to him, what a good boy.

" Missing me already, glad you called otherwise I was going to head for the airport...."

But their was no reply or anything from the side, I kept asking him but he wasn't on the line, but a noise of chaos could be only heard, sound of gunshots and Pete shouting in the background..

" WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON THERE....HELLO....PETE...ARE YOU THERE......WHOEVER IS THERE YOU DARE NOT TOUCH HIM...." I rushed to my car and sped up, I was sweating, the fear was apparent on my face the possibilities of the worst was crossing my mind, no it won't happen just calm down Vegas, he will  be fine If I reach on time. I had to stop when I saw the aftermath scene, they were all gone.

All the guards I sent were lying lifeless and a squirming Noi was on the ground near Pete's car, blood gushing from his head, I checked the surrounding but no trace of Pete was there except his phone in the car, the wrecked condition of the car was making my heart sink, I was losing my mind, Where are you Pete?

" Khhhuun Vvegass..."

"NOI, What happened here? Where is Pete? Noi hang in there..." He wasn't been able to say anything else, he was taken to hospital and the only way to find Pete is him, oh god let him live, I need to reach Pete.

" Vegas! what happened there?" Where is Pete?" Kinn and Porsche came rushing towards me.

" I don't know. Their was nothing but wrecked guards and cars, But Noi is alive, he may know something. But its obvious who did it. I am gonna rip off his head from his neck today."

"VEGAS! CALM DOWN FIRST, YOU HAD TO THINK FROM YOUR MIND NOW, THE HARDWORK OF YEARS WILL BE RESULTING A BLOODBATH WHERE YOU WILL LOSE EVRYTHING INCLUDING YOUR FUCKING LIFE!"

" WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? THEY HAVE PETE AND IF SOMETHING HAPPEN TO HIM I WILL BE DEAD ANYWAYS, ITS ALL MY FAULT, WHY DO I HAVE TO BRING HIM IN THIS CHAOS, BECAUSE OF ME HE IS THERE I DON'T KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE HAPPENING TO HIM." Tears were on the verge, I had cried only once when I lost my parents after that I never cried for anything or anyone.

" It isn't your fault, I was the one who send him away knowingly."  Porsche said, his eyes not meeting mine.

" What do you mean by that, huh?"

" They weren't after you, they think its him who killed his son, so they were hunting him down for so long and on the café shop that day, the target was him, so I send him away such that your identity remain hidden from him as he was a threat for you."

" How dare you Porsche! Who do you think you are to decide he is threat for me or not?" I held him by his collar and  punched him, right in the face, Kinn held me, but I was already mad to think anything else.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING VEGAS ? GET YOURSELF TOGETHER, I KNOW IT WAS HIS MISTAKE BUT WHAT HE DID WAS FOR YOU, HE DOESN'T HAVE TO GIVE A FUCK BUT STILL HE IS TRYING HIS BEST TO HELP YOU IN YOUR MISSION, IF YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND HIM THEN DON'T EVEN TRY TO TOUCH HIM." Kinn shouted, he was a man of patience but that was the only way I could grasp the reality.

" What about Pete? huh? Can he bring him back to life if he happened to be killed there? You aren't okay with me punching him but you want me to be calm when he  send Pete to be killed by those bastards knowing it is bound to happen. I don't give  fuck to you and your wife, just get lost anywhere and never try to come in front of me, I will deal with my shit myself. " I was  heading outside, but my steps halted when I saw the person infront of me.

" This isn't the time to fight among yourself Vegas." A voice echoed, it was Khun Korn.

" Pa. Thank God you came on time."

"Vegas said right anyways, the one to threat should be kept safer than far away, Porsche I didn't expect you to be this careless, and this bastard Kinn just nods on whatever you say even if he himself doubts it."

"I didn't saw this coming pa, sorry."

" Say sorry to Pete, and Vegas now we need to change the plan and do something fast, their isn't much time in our hands."

" Uncle, You don't need to..."

" He was my brother also Vegas, I never once considered him as a step brother, he was much more to me and I am also burning in the slow fire as you, I also have a right to take my revenge."

His words indeed lit the fire inside me, I was more than agitated, first my family and now Pete, I will clear even the trace of him from this land.

A pain was consistently throbbing in my head, I came into my senses and it was all dark,my feet were hurting, along with my whole body, but something wasn't feeling right. I got a hold of mu surrounding, it was packed all over, walls all around me, I struggled, as it seems like glass walls around me, where the hell am I?

I grappled around, my breath was uneven and the lights went on soon, it was looking like a huge godown and I was in  a glass box similar to the size of a phone booth, but lots of question crossing my mind. A man, dressed completely in black, came and stared at me, he was daunting even from sight, but the identity of this man was unknown to me.

" Whho are you?...Whh...why I am heree?"

" You are indeed innocent to answer my question, but wait for sometime, TIME WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS ITSELF."

" Let me go, I don't even know you..."

" I am well aware of that, but I am after the one who tried to mess up with me because of you."

" No one is there, you are being fooled by your guards."

" Let's see, I will wait for it, cause they will definitely come if you are on the verge of death."

" What if they don't?

" Don't worry about that, I will deal with them anyway, but if its about you, you are gonna die anyway, I will give you a good funeral, my dogs will definitely like your flesh. A famous dish for them."

"SHUT UP, nonsense geezer."

" THIS TANK IN WHICH YOU ARE WILL FILL COMPLETELY IN 6 HRS AND IT TAKES 3 MINUTES TO DIE,  SO LET'S SEE HOW MUCH LUCKY YOU ARE?  LET THE WATER IN."
