look up. please

we as humans don't spend enough time looking up.
we forget to admire the perfect placement of the stars where they form your favorite constellation.
we don't stop to look at the fluffy clouds, or the big bright moon in the sky, or the colorful birds nested in the tops of the forests.
but the saddest thing about this is how we forget to hold our heads high.
we stare at the ground either hoping we don't trip or hoping we go unnoticed.
we don't spend enough time looking up, ahead of us. we don't spend enough time being confident in ourselves.
we don't spend enough time just being content in the moment.
don't waste time looking down, hoping nobody sees your insecurities.
don't waste time hoping, praying  you don't make a mistake and embarrass yourself.
hold your head high.
take the risk.
admire the stars and the moon and the birds and the clouds.
walk through life looking up. please
