Coffee's Eevee Café

Grand Opening! (Prologue)

Coffee's POV:

I stood Infront of the café,it was finally finished after a month of work. Cocoa, my younger sister,walked over and smiled at me , her floppy ears hanging by her head.

"It's finally finished Coffee! What are you gonna call your new café?"

She hummed with a grin on her face,Latte,my other sister, walked between us.

"Whatever it's called I don't care,let's get inside and start moving the tables in from the truck."

She growled,opening the doors and heading towards the truck. I looked at cocoa who just gave a shy smile and followed latte. I pranced over and clenched my jaw onto one of the tables,beginning to drag it. Cocoa and latte had grabbed chairs and followed me with them,I shuffled the table through the doors and glanced around the large yet small room.

"That corner looks good Lala?"

"Don't call me that,but sure put it over there."

"Alright whatever."

I bit onto the table again and dragged it into the corner,I shivered as I hid the cold wall,hopping over the table and walking back to the truck. The two Eeveelutions also followed after setting the chairs, this process continued over and over until we were finally done.

"Phew,moving tables really works up a sweat...and an aching jaw."

"Well at least we can take a few minutes to rest now."

Cocoa sighed, laying her head down in her tuft. Latte walked over to the truck and spoke to the person driving,giving her thanks and goodbyes. After a minute or two she trotted back over and nodded.

"Well,Coffee,Let's think of a name."

"Oh I almost forgot! Yeah what should the name be bro?"

I sat and thought,putting a paw on my face while I thought.

"Well I want it to be something cool,something dazzling!"

"Dazzling? What about Coffee's Café?"

"No,that's boring Cocoa! I said dazzling, not something boring!"

"If you want dazzling you think of it genius."

I rolled my eyes at Latte's snarky remark and began to think.
"Electric fast Café? Nah that sounds stupid..Dazzling sip? No that's really stupid..Coffee's-"

"EEVEE!"

I got cut out of my thoughts and looked up,I watched as an Eevee ran towards us, a massive garchomp followed behind. Shock shot through me. A white ribbon tipped with blues and pinks followed like a missile,wrapping around the fin of the beast. The garchomp came to a halt,falling onto its back and growling. The Eevee ran over and hid under me. I looked In between my legs and I saw the Eevee quivering.

"You alright lil' bud?"

"Oh my Arceus!"

I looked up to see a Sylveon running towards me, she took the Eevee from under me with her ribbons,she held the Eevee close and looked at me.

"I'm very sorry about this sir,my name is Penelope, Penelope the Sylveon, I was playing with my son at the Poképark just a block from here when a rabid garchomp began to chase him for no reason! I'm sorry for bothering you if I did."

"Oh,Oh no you're fine! I'm glad that lil' guy is safe, that's all."

"Yeah..I'll be on my way now, and taking this garchomp the the police station,have a good day!"

I blinked and thought,I thought hard on this before I turned to Cocoa and Latte.

"Cocoa,Latte, I'm very proud to introduce you to...-"

"Coffee's Eevee Café!"
