Pumpkin Spiced (Halloween special🎃)

Third person POV:

The three siblings sat in their house, latte stretched her legs and looked over her shoulder at her siblings.

"So I'm the only one with an original Halloween costume?"

"You don't like my Pikachu costume...?"

"You just painted your fur with brown, red, and black, Coffee, I don't think you can even call that a costume, and cocoa just threw a pair of vampire fangs on and called it a day."

"Mocha said it was good.."

"That's because she is into you."

Cocoa nervously shrank into his tuft. Coffee rolled his eyes.

"Your costume is a character that just shares the same name as you!"

"My costume is great! Sheesh, anyways let's just get ready to pass out candy for the baby pokémon that will be trick or treating."

"Oh I was actually gonna give candy out with Mocha and her sister.."

Latte opened her mouth to speak but closed it, annoyance stung in her but she didn't want to hurt her brother's feelings.

"Alright. But for my sake just take this black cape so you look a little less like you're just a flareon with long teeth."

"Thanks sis!"

Cocoa would trot out of the door and down the street. Latte gave an annoyed sigh and walked to the cabinet. Taking out a large bag of all kinds of sweets and candies.

"Coffee, get me the candy bowl!"

"How do you like my costume Mama!"

"Awe you're just as cute as a pichu wrapped in a blanket, Ashy!"

The small Eevee giggled and wagged his tail, running in a small circle. His costume was based on his favorite game. "Super Pikachu Bros" of course this young Eevee was dressed as his favorite character, Luigi who was a Pikachu. His mother was Luigi's friend, Peach who was a Milotic. The eevee's father walked in. His costume was a Pikachu named mario.

"Are we ready to trick or treat Ashlynn?"

"Oh, almost let me get my bucket!"

The Eevee ran to his room and ran back out after a small bit of time with a pumpkin bucket.

"Now we are ready, let's go!"

Penelope smiled and wrapped her ribbon around her son's paw; his father followed behind the two, closing the door behind them.

Halloween was a big deal to these pokémon every year, never missed, it was an important day to all of them. Cocoa, Mocha, and Macchiato were all sitting on chairs in the driveway, a bowl of candies in between the three of them.

"Trick or treating usually starts around.... 7:40, it's 7: 30 right now."

"This is my first time, usually I stay inside because I don't like the loud noises or decorations but I wanted to be brave this year!"

"And nothing is wrong with that!"

Macchiato chimed in. Cocoa smiled anxiously and continued to sit in a chair and wait for the kids to arrive.

"Hey Macchi, does the paint look good?"

"It looks fine sis."

"Oh Macchi you never told me, what is your costume?"

"It's a witch! I could only afford the hat.."

Mocha giggled a little bit, Macchiato joined. The time was 7:38 families leaving their houses were visible. The streets lit up with decorations, lights, and music in the air.

"Trick or treat!"

Two pichu's squeaked in union, they were dressed as combee, their mother Raichu was a vespiquen.

"Aw hello little combee's!"

Ninetales purred, dropping bits of candy into their buckets. A Vulpix jumped out from behind the ninetales, a white sheet sat over them, holes cut into the fabric to see.

"BOO!"

Both pichu screamed and laughed running back to their mom, quickly running off, their mother followed behind leading them safely away from the house.

A small emolga walked up to the house, stumbling over slowly holding up a bucket, their costume wasn't anything special, just a Cloak, mask, and hat. Dressed as some kind of witch.

"What do you say honey?"

"Tiki tweat!"

"Aw, Happy Halloween to you!"

A piece of candy dropped into the young pokémon's bucket. The child scampered off, probably only hatched a few years ago. They often had a bit of trouble while walking.

A plusle and minun ran over to a house, their father, a minun followed slowly, the twins dressed as the opposites. One was an angel and the other a devil. Latte would smile at the kids. Dropping candy into their buckets

"Have a happy halloween!"

"Thank's, you too!" They both called in union running to their dad and continuing to skip from house to house.

Two eevee's, about the same age, walked down the street.

"Hey Nova, what about that house next?"

"Ooh yeah, let's go star!"

Both walked over to the house, Nova was dressed as a Sylveon and Star was dressed as an Espeon. Nova knocked on the door and took a step back, they held their buckets in their mouth and waited for the door to open. No reply.

"Wait a minute, Nova, look there."

"Oh that explains it!"

A bowl of candy sat on the porch, a bit of paper sat on top. It read "Take one!"

"Lazy."

Star grumbled, grabbing two and handing one to her friend.

The two walked away to find another house, side by side and chatting.

Cake pop sat in the house, Cannoli and Chai were outside handing out candy, his heart was racing. That monster who caused him the form he was in now was still out there and knows where Cake pop is now. Cannoli peeked inside just seeing Cake pop shake on the ground, paws covering their eyes.

"They still seem to be having a panic attack."

"Poor thing.. that hypno must have scared him to the core."

"Weird how he referred to him as vanilla huh.."

"Maybe that's their real name?"

"Maybe, that's a good theory. Perhaps their old friends?"

"But why would Cake pop be petrified if he was an old friend?"

"No idea.. that vanilla name is quite mysterious, maybe we will find out later on?"

"yeah...something tells me Cake pop and that hypno goes back a far while..."

Cannoli mumbled, a worried look sat on her face as she stared at Cake pop, soon she noticed something she hadn't before, the stitches that had been stained with blood all over him, as if he wasn't always an Eevee.
