I ended up walking 20 minutes home and it started raining half way so I ended up speed walking/jogging the rest of
By the time I got there my dress was soaked through and I could feel the cold rattling in my bones, no ways I wasn't getting sick after this.
I ran into the house which was eerily quiet, as usual when my parents were on the working exhibitions and toddled upstairs to take a warm shower and do the rest of my homework with a fluffy blanket and some hot chocolate.
Half way through my movie my phone started ringing... Groaning I lifted it to see Bridget callin.
"This better be good I was just in the middle of my twilight marathon."
"hey babesss so I was wondering you wanted to come over, Elias is here cos his parents are out for the weekend and I thought we could have a movie night, sound good?"
Oohkaay be around a dude who looked like a godsend... Count me in, I could admire from far right?
"I was mid movie night when you called so I guess it couldn't hurt."
With that she screamed in my ear and put the phone down. How lovely.
After dressing into better clothes considering my pj's where thick and fluffy and I looked like a Eskimo I grabbed a couple snacks and headed off to Bridget's place.
"I'M HOME!" I scream as I walk through the house to see Bridget's mom on her way out.
"make sure she doesn't make him feel uncomfortable will you doll? He's been quite quiet since he got here and you've got the charm to warm people up" look at me blushing like a banchee at my age because of a 50 year old woman.
"no problem Angie see you later!" As her mom left, probably going back home from checking to see if Bridget's burned her house down yet.
As soon as I walk into the living area you could feel the tension. Elias was sitting on the couch looking nervous twiddling his thumbs, this and looking at the flora as if it was the most interesting thing in the world well clatter comes from in the kitchen, probably Bridget making more snacks.
I look at Elias again to find him looking at me and we make direct eye contact. Cue the blushing.
Just as I was about to look away Bridget walked in with thousands... And I mean thousands of snacks... How she eats so much but stays so skinny is beyond me to be honest.
"Sooo I heard you skipped classes today with Ethan? I thought you never skipped, what'd he do this time?" She snap with a questioning glare
Bridget knows everything... Okay most things that goes on in our relationship and as much as she's tried to convince me to leave him I just can't do it.
"He didn't do anything wrong ,I just need to loosen up alittle yknow since it's our last year I need to stop being so stuck u-"
"don't even finish that sentence Luna you aren't stuck up ,it's okay to want to do well and be conservative, did he tell you that you're stuck up or is that what you think?"
"Both of us said it, but he has a point and I feel like I need to open up just a little. I need that high school expierance"
Well talking I could feel the heat of his gaze on the side of my face. Making me twitch nervously. I can't help but get a tingly feeling in my stomach, it's bad I know I have a boyfriend and I've been thinking some not so friendly things about Elias but I really can't help it.
"Anyways we aren't here for therapy we're here for MOVIE NIGHTTT" She practically screams in my ear
"so Elias what kind of movies do you like? Horror, comedy, thriller, action, romance?"
At the mention of romance our eyes connect again and I feel my face heat up and look away
"U-uhm anything you guys like I don't mind watching"
"okay no horrors and stuff cos Luna hates it" as she says this he visibly relaxes, glad to know I'm not the only one lol
"How about a romantic comedy?"
They both nod in approval and I start looking for a movie well making myself comfortable on the couch inbetween Bridget and Elias.
We eventually all settled on a movie and began to watch, half way through I got a fright as felt Elias leaning on me. I turned and saw that he past out his mouth slightly open and his eyes shut softly, I turned look at Bridget who has also passed out and looks like she was trying to put popcorn in her mouth because it's half sprawled in her hair and her mouth is wide open.
Great now I'm the only one awake.
I take this chance and poke Elias to wake him up. He immidietly opens his eyes and starts looking around until he make eye contact with me again. He's eyes are so pretty. Shut up omg. Once he realizes where he is which takes a solid 2 minutes he tries to jump up and say something but I pull him to me and clamp his mouth shut. God his lips feel so soft, I immediatelystart blushing and take my hand away from his mouth quickly.
He looks confused for a second but slowly closes his mouth.
"I'm going to get a marker really quick and we're going to draw on her face okay?"
Hehehehe I'm a genius no wonder she always loved doing it to me.
He nods and I get up to find to markers and come back to hand him one, he seems hesitant at first but finally gives in and starts drawing weird shapes all over her face besides the spot I told him to leave open for me.
He has a huge grin on his face and to think it wasn't possible he looks even prettier, I get to work and draw a speech bubble on her right cheak coming out from her mouth and write the words on it.
Elias giggles like literally giggles while he draws and I can't help but love the sound. Shut up Luna you have a boyfriend!!!
I finishing drawing on Bridget's face and stand back to look at the whole thing.
Ohhh she's going to be so pissed
