V: Masquerade Ball (Part 1)

Today was the day.

Masquerade ball was held in Jeju that's why you wake up early in the morning to fly to Jeju in your private jet. You were in your room, stretching your arms as you just woke up and then your phone rang.

"Yeah?" you picked up the call and said in sleepy tone.

"Boss, our jet is really to fly Jeju, should I come to pick you up?" Hyunjin asked.

"Yes please, come after 2 hours, I'll be ready by then" you said and without letting him answer, you hung up.

You stood up from the bed & walked towards your bathroom to take shower. After showering, you wrapped towel on your body and walked outside towards closet now. You picked out simple outfit for travel. After getting ready, you decided to pack up few things you will need in Jeju.

After 2 hours, Hyunjin arrived at your mansion to pick you up. You and Hyunjin drove towards your HQ where your private jet is ready to take off.

[At Jeju]

You just arrived at the Jeju, cars were already ready to take you to your mansion in Jeju. After everyone arrived at the mansion, you all decided to meet after 3 hours and head towards Jeju Main HQ for the ball.

You walked inside your room and Rose followed you cause you asked her to.

"What's the matter, Y/n?" asked as soon as we walked inside the room.

"I just wanted to make sure that you are ready for today" says while looking at her.

"I got this Y/n, don't worry" she gave you assuring smile.

( Actually you guys decided that you'll make Rose disguise as fake leader, cause can't risk revealing the real leader of GEM. )

You nodded at Rose and she walked away towards her room. You have 3 hours to get ready for the ball so you opened your suitcase and looked at the dress you brought for ball. And also the matching shoes and mask.

You started getting ready for the ball.

[ TIME SKIPPED ]

Belift company just arrived at the place where ball is held. They were greeted by one and only Kwon Jiyong aka GD. He is the main leader of this Jeju HQ. He greeted them with smile and they returned it with a bow.

They walked inside and everyone eyes were on them. Indeed they looked like a prince on that suits and mask on. They all know it right away who it was. So they bowed and they politely bowed back as they walked deeper in the masquerade hall passing all the people.

They all sat down on the table that was prepared for them. They started sipping the drinks that was served to them. They noticed Heesung was focused on his phone.

"Leave that for once, I already told you I'll help you mate" Jake says and put his arms around him.

Yes, Heesung told others about the girl he wanna find.

"I wonder what's so special in her that's making you so curious and anxious" Jungwon says with his calm tone.

"I don't know myself" Heesung sighs and sips from his glass.

Sunghoon excused himself saying he wanna use washroom real quick and walked away.

[Sunghoon POV]

As I was walking out of the washroom after my business was done there. I suddenly bumped into someone, before that person fall on ground, I hold their arms and turned out it was a girl, wearing full black.

"If you can't walk properly in those heels, why bother wearing it?" Sunghoon says as girl stood up straight and looked at him with blank expression.

"If you can't see properly with those eyes, why bother having it?" She says in cold tone and walks away.

I stood there stunned and amazed by what just happened. I looked at her figure disappearing in crowd. I rolled my eyes in annoyance and walks away towards boys once again.

[Y/N POV]

I was walking outside the washroom after doing some touch up of my makeup and bumped into someone. He catched me and I looked at him and saw very handsome guy, I was kinda stunned by his beauty but then when he spoke, it made me annoyed.

"If you can't walk properly in those heels, why bother wearing it?" he says with cold tone.

I glared at him as I straighten myself and replied him with same cold tone.

"If you can't see properly with those eyes, why bother having it?" I said in cold tone and walked away in satisfaction after seeing his stunned expression under the mask.

I walked towards our table where everyone was sipping different kind of drinks. I sat down with them and then started sipping red wine with same blank expression.

"What's the matter?" Hyunjin asked you, seeing you kinda annoyed and bothered.

"I bumped into some rude guy on the way here and he ruined my mood, that jerk" I scoff and gulp one glass of wine in one shot.

Everyone chuckled knowing how much you hate when people are rude to you but it's okay if it's otherwise. Haha

Soft music was playing in the surroundings as everyone was enjoying their night. Suddenly GD approached us.

"Hey, do you want me to introduce you to Belift?" asked you with knowing look.

"Let's see who these famous 7 guys are" I smirked and looked at GD.

"But Jiyong-nim, I am the leader today as we can't risk people knowing our real leader" Rose says in soft yet audible tone.

"Gotcha" GD says and guided us towards some guys who were sitting and laughing, then my eyes caught that same guy I bumped into.

"This rude brat"

On the other hand, Sunghoon saw you as well and rolled his eyes before thinking:

"This rude brat again"
