Part 3: JUNGWON

Faint music was played as you and Jungwon started dancing slowly. You looked around and saw everyone was dancing with their partners. My eyes met this annoying guy again who was about to roll his eyes again but I did it first and look at Jungwon who was looking at me. I flinched a little seeing him staring through my soul but I remained calm.

[ Jungwon POV]

After me and Y/n walked towards dancing floor, I looked at her but her eyes were somewhere else. I curiously looked at who she was looking and it was Sunghoon. Something strings inside me. What was I feeling? I looked back at her confusedly and saw her rolling her eyes before looking at me. I felt her flinch a little but her face didn't showed any expression. We stared at each other for a while as we danced together.

I saw her eyes were blank, it didn't showed any emotions. I wanted to know the reason behind those blank eyes. I wanted to know why did she chose this life? And what was her position on GEM. I was curious about her and wanted to ask many things but at the moment, I didn't knew how.

"Will it be too weird to say that i wanna befriend you?" i asked while looking at her and swaying my hand along with hers.

"It sure will be Mr. Yang" she said with calm tone.

"Just call me Jungwon, I'd prefer that" I told her with faint smile on my face.

"Sure Jungwon, so can I know why you wanna befriend me?" she asked and I didn't knew what to answer. Cause I don't know myself why I wanted to befriend her while I haven't even seen her face and don't even know anything other than her name.

Jungwon remained silent. It was time to change partners so she said something before I turned her around and pass her to next guy who was Sunoo.

"You know, this is black world and you can't trust people easily, we met few hours ago and you already wanna befriend a stranger. That's not smart I must say. But I'll reconsider it if one day we will have a chance to meet unexpectedly and the day when we won't be behind these masks" she said in soft tone before going to Sunoo.

Next partner came to me but i was in deep thoughts.

"Wow, I must say this girl is mysterious. Her tone, her aura, her eyes is different. A lot different from everyone. Hopefully one day, we'll meet without these masks Kim Y/n"
