-Simbongile Princess Ntabeni-
While we were packing, more of Mam'Sonto's friends arrived...meaning... more delay, because some were drunk already. We would stop packing, and watch as they played the drum (igubu) and danced, and then remind each other that kuyavukwa kusasa siphinde sithathise apho besiyeke khona. We went to bed very late, but the elderly gang was still singing and dancing in the main house. Early the next morning we were woken up for the trip. Wonk'umntu was excited, there's really nothing exciting about ukuhamba namagqirha but I guess we were just excited about travelling altogether. I was excited, and anxious at the same time because I had a feeling ba sizo test'wa pha, it didn't help that I kind of felt like some enemy kwaba balingana nam because I passed all tests the last time we got tested ngoonontongwana.
The two mini buses drove out of Cape Town, past the tunnels and headed towards the Eastern Cape. I kept my word and joined le ikhwelwe ngoo Bakholiwe nabanye abangangathi abantu, mostly young ladies phofu. As soon as we passed the "Welcome to The Western Cape" board, they started taking out bottles of alcohol. A part of me knew that the alcohol was stolen from the main house, it was either that, or babuphiwe ke. I only drank two shots, because I didn't want to be the odd one out, everyone else was drinking. It was a vibe, we were just having a different vibe and I was different personalities and characters to what I was used to xasipha kwa Mam'Sonto, which was funny because abanye you would think bathule only to find out bandwebile xabedibene notywala. The buses stopped at Mossel Bay, we went to pee and buy refreshments. I was glad that the driver didn't listen to anyone who wanted him to stop at every garage, I hated traveling with such people.
I walked out of the garage and bumped onto Bakholiwe, she was standing outside, with a pie in one hand and it looked like she had just finished talking on her phone.
Me: Hey, u right?
Bakho: Yah, why do you ask?
Me: You look flushed.
She giggled, nervously and I just frowned, walking away from her.
She caught up, just as I was getting back inside the bus. She changed seats with Zibu, one of my housemates. I didn't even ask why, but I frowned at Zibu and she just shrugged, smiling at me. I sat down, and ate my fruit in silence. Bakholiwe offered me her fleece sombathisana. She started a conversation, and I engaged, until I realized that she had actually fallen asleep. I just laughed at her, shaking my head. I couldn't sleep, I wanted to, but I couldn't shut my mind down.

Our last stop before arriving in East London was Port Elizabeth and Mam'Sonto suggested that we take a short break siyeni kwamalume wakhe apparently she had already asked them to prepare food for us. For some reason, I was only sleepy ngoku siya kwa malume lowo. I couldn't keep my eyes open, okay, maybe that was because I drank two more shots as we left Humansdorp but that was it, just shots and I didn't mix. I stuck to just "white" brandy. By the time we got to indlu ka malume ka Mam'Sonto I was already falling off kukozela so when everyone else was being served food, me and about six other girls asked for a room to nap off for a couple of minutes. Two of us got to share one room, the minute her head hit the pillow, she went totally out. As I was removing my sweater I could hear her snoring already, and I totally understood her shame. We were all tired and most of us were not really into alcohol, we just had shots for the sake of it, either to blend in or because it was compulsory at such gatherings. Other than that, utywala was not really my friend. I got in bed, and pulled my fleece then heard the door open, I didn't turn because I knew that it could be one of us, maybe someone else wanted to take a nap. In a split second, I felt someone getting behind me, under my fleece so I turned and saw Bakholiwe. She smiled, and I just breathed out, closing my eyes. I could feel her warm breath across my face...
Me: Mh.mh Bakho, ndifuna ukulala.
Bakho: Am I disturbing you?
Me: Uphefumlela kum, if you're here to take a nap then do so... quietly.
Bakho: Yes ma'am.
I smiled, and drifted off.
I felt the weight of her arm over my body and didn't mind. I felt safer with her than with a "stranger" in as much as she was as good as a stranger too. A couple of hours later, I woke up to Bakholiwe's face between my thighs, my legs spread wide apart and my boobs out in the open. Prior to that, the only exchange of words I remember was when I asked her to stop breathing at my face, that was it, nothing else. I quickly shut my eyes, thinking it was possible that I was dreaming, because there was no way that I was being violated by another female far away from home. I could feel my chest closing in, like small needles were pricking at my insides as I tried to shove her off my lower body. She looked up, her tongue buried deep in my womanhood.
Me: Ba- Bakh- Bakholiwe what are you doing to me?!
Her tongue rapidly danced inside me and as much as I didn't have much sexual experience, I knew that very moment that I was about to hit an orgasm. My toes curled, and my nipples hardened, eyes rolled back and I hit my high. It left me shaking, I suddenly had no strength to push her off me because her arms were surprisingly stronger than they looked, she had me pinned on the bed and I hated how I couldn't cry out loud because if I could, maybe the second girl in the rood would wake up and go call for help.
Me: Bakholiwe.... Please get off me, please.
Bakho: Hayibo dude, why are you crying? This is what you wanted, I gave you what you wanted.
Me: GET OFF ME!
She frowned, got off and just sat on her heels looking at me in total confusion. I slid off the bed, onto the other side of the bed and looked for my clothes, sobbing in silence. There was a window behind me, I stole a look outside and realized that it was dark meaning I could have slept throughout the day. That was weird, normally if anyone drove from Cape Town to East London without taking much stops that would take approximately 11 hour 34 minutes to an hour on the N2. We stopped in Port Elizabethu, so that didn't count much. I found my phone under a pillow and looked at the time, it was 02:15 am. My heart sank. We may have spent the entire day kulamzi, which was weird. I wasn't aware that we were allowed ukuhambe sidlula emizini xasiya emsebenzini, side silale imini yonke nobusuku bayo ke? Something was off.
