Jack asked, " not a lot , they figured no one wants a house on top of haunted grounds" the man said, " yeah, probably " jack said , he waits a couple days until there's a sign outside, the sign has a number to call if interested in buying the building, jack waste no time dialing it and calling it, " hello, this is Susan speaking" a lady on the other end said, " hi, I'm jack, I was passing by and I noticed the subway you had for sell, I'm interested in buying it, when do you think we could meet up and talk?" Jack said , " anytime today and tomorrow works for me" Susan said , " what about 5 o'clock?" Jack asked, " that's perfect" Susan replied. they met up at 5 in front of the building's entrance, she unlocked the door, they both walk down the stairs and the line of stores are all full still, everything is still stocked. Jack and Susan negotiate and come to a agreement, they shake hands and he heads to campus. " jack, can we talk" Iida asked, " ugh, fine what?"
