Y/n's pov:

Birds were chirping outside and our bright star up in the lively blue sky is casting its beautiful golden rays onto the terrain. Rose and I were preparing the shop for a bright new day and listening to the tunes on the she had on her Bluetooth speaker. The store hasn't opened yet and we danced to an upbeat song until Rose put her hand out for me to grab and as soon as I grabbed it, she pulled me close to her and she guided each step of our dance. As the song ended we stopped and gave each other a soft smile.

Y/n: Now that's one way to start a fresh new morning.

Rose: Trust me, it will never get old.

We continued our work and opened the store. Later on in the afternoon, I felt my phone vibrating and I check it to see It was Chelsea who was calling me. I picked it up and answered it.

Y/n: Hey Chelsea how's-

Chelsea: Y/n, where are you? Are you ok?

Y/n: yeah why?

I then heard a deep sigh from Chelsea.

Chelsea: I'm guessing you haven't seen the news.

Y/n: No, what's happening?

Chelsea: I don't how to describe it but I'll send it to you.

I then received a message link to a news article from Chelsea and it read " mother finds her son dead. The heartbreaker claims another ". I look to see the photo of Ryan. My heart sank to my stomach.

Y/n: C-Chelsea I-I W-we-

Chelsea: I know...

Y/n: These past two days, two people that I know of have been murdered. And no, it wasn't me who did it, I would never-

Chelsea: of course you didn't, I know you.

Y/n: Thanks Chelsea I-

I then heard a knock at the entrance to the shop. I look to see Detective sheers.

Y/n: I gotta go, Chelsea, talk to you later. Be safe.

I hung up and opened the door for Detective Sheers.

Detective sheers: Y/n, I want you to come with me. I need to ask you some questions.

Y/n: Why? I haven't-

Detective Sheers: Did I say you were arrested? No I didn't. But however, I heard that Ryan guy punched you before he died. And not only that but your neighbor did a similar thing too. I'm starting to speculate you're some how involved with the murders?

I was in disbelief at the accusation.

Y/n: I'm no murderer! I'm not Heartbreaker!

Detective Sheers: Well let's see about that when I have enough Evidence.

We then heard a loud slam on the counter next to us and Rose was there eyeing the Detective.

Rose: What seems to be the matter Detective? I know Y/n would never hurt a living soul.

Detective sheers: And How would you know that?

Rose: last night, He and his friend went to her place to hang out with each other. Now tell me this, where's your evidence?

Both Rose and Detective Sheers gave each other a cold stare. He then looks at me.

Detective Sheers: So you didn't kill them. However, doesn't mean you're Scott free. I'll be keeping my eye on you.
