First of all, the timeline.
This will be at the point at which the 10th Doctor (David Tennant) is without a companion, because it's easy to imagine time able to be filled in with smaller adventures right there.
As for Gravity Falls, we'll put them in the second season where they encounter ghosts and Pacifica becomes an ally.
As you most likely know, the author was discovered in the second season- I can't have that as part of the story because it would mess up my plot.
Disclaimer: This is my first story, so it probably won't be very good. I promise that I will try to improve on my writing as I go on with the story.
