Stoners.

Potheads.

Weed whackers.

Anything and everything.

That's what me and Liam are.

Another reason for our families to hate us.

I guess you're wondering why we talk to each other out of everyone.

Malia's family life was something else.

Theo and Aiden never had parents.

Scott, Isaac, and Lydia had parents, but they were either shitty or they had to deal with what their kids are now.

But Liam and my family knew each other.

They were old family friends.

So I saw Liam a lot when I was younger.

We never talked.

To be fair me and Liam didn't talk to anyone.

We stayed in different corners and didn't say a word.

When I moved to Beacon Hills I thought I would never see Liam again.

I mean we didn't talk at parties, but we talked with our eyes.

Leaving was hard but I was also so happy to just get away from my family.

Then only a year later Liam and half of my family moved to Beacon Hills.

This time I walked up to Liam.

And we just started talking.

He's been my best friend ever since then.

And yes we smoked.

All the time.

Well more like we smoked when we were alone.

The last time we hung out alone without anything to do or anywhere to go was too long ago.

"Pass that."

I reach over and grab the rolling paper.

He mumbles a thanks.

We're sitting on a hill.

The sun is setting.

It's the perfect temperature to be out without a jacket.

He pulls out his lighter.

My favorite part.

He sticks the blunt in between his lips and hands me the lighter.

I had already pre-rolled mine.

I didn't smoke without Liam.

I drank without Liam.

But never smoked without him.

"Lisa texted me about Theo."

My eyes widen handing him back his lighter.

He blows smoke before continuing.

"Yeah, asked if he was single."

I inhale deeper.

"What the fuck? Is-is she ok?"

Liam laughs and shakes his head.

"Fuck no. First of all, it has to be a joke. Second I know for a fact she has me saved as Theo's boyfriend."

His hands are gripping his pants.

I sigh, moving closer to him.

"What the fuck are we going to do with our families?"
