But what Camilo has to do with this au?
After 3 years, Abuela came to him and told him, what Maria would be a perfect match for him. (Maria is Mariano's younger sister in my au).
He didn't liked Maria at all. He knew her, but never liked her. He didn't wanted to disappoint Alma (like Isabela), so he had no choice.
Isabela found out about it and told him the truth (what she like him didn't wanted to marry Mariano and blah, blah, blah). Isabela was telling him to tell Abuela what he doesn't likes Maria, but Camilo was refusing to. "It's for the family... I have to marry her" - said Camilo. And Isabela didn't wanted to force him to tell Alma everything. Dolores was the second one to find out, because she listened to Camilo's and Isabela conversation. And she was the second one to support him, just like she supported Isabela, when she found out Isabela is supposed to marry Mariano (the love of her dreams) and what Isabela never liked him and didn't wanted to marry him.
