Another au!
In this au Isabela, Camilo and Mirabel almost DIE when casita falls. Isabela didn't passes out. But her arm broke and her other arm almost broke. She had blood on her face and on her clothes a little. Some were hers, some were from Camilo, who was in her arms. Camilo didn't broke his arms, but! Instead of his arms, his legs broke. Meaning he couldn't even walk, because of this. He was passed out. Mirabel wasn't, but aster some time she also passed out.
Of course they lived, but in Camilo's case he needed a wheelchair, because his two legs literally broke. I believe, what Casita's rebuilding, took at least 4-5 months. So, Camilo needed to be on a wheelchair for 4-5 months. After magic came back, three of them got healed with Julieta's magical arepas.
Mirabel broke her arm and leg. She didn't needed a wheelchair like Camilo. Three of them wasn't doing anything when casita was rebuilding with the help of villagers and madrigal family. Of course they wanted, but the madrigals and others were telling them not to.
Wheelchairs definitely existed at the time, when madrigal family lived. (Wheelchairs were first inverted in 1655. And Encanto's timeline is 1950 or 1952)
