Base : You know Matt from a case you were working on before. After some time, you decided to work with them and quit your firm to enter theirs. You are in love with him but he doesn't know it. You don't know he's Daredevil, but you will find out soon

You were sitting in your chair, working hard on a case that Foggy told you about. You friends went out to the bar and you pretend being sick. They think you are at your house but you are not. You want to help them as much as you can, and they wouldn't have let you work this late. But you sure you have a lead, and you want to follow it.

You looked at the clock and you eyes widen. It was three in the morning. You were supposed to walk home but now you weren't sure. But now, you couldn't call anyone. Matt couldn't drive you home (obviously), knowing Foggy he was asleep, and Karen was at her parent's house for the Week-end.

"Shit" you thought before gathering your stuff.

You started walking home feeling insecure. The streets were empty, and Hell's kitchen wasn't know for having secure streets. And what happened just confirm your thoughts.

- Hey, how much for you little slut?

You didn't say anything and you hated you for that. You continue walking, but the man grabed your wrist.

- Hey, I'm talking to you, you bitch !

You didn't got the time to said Something that you saw the man being pulled behind. He let go off you and pushed you. You fell and your head hit the wall behind you. Wincing in pain, you quickly got up and saw two men fighting. One being your agressor and the other being... unknow. He was wearing all black, with a bandhead on his eyes.

You ran away, didn't even thanking your saviour. Was it this Daredevil everyone is talking about ? You didn't wanted to know.

At your house, you immediatly fell asleep, due to the stress of the day.

~THE DAY AFTER~

Matt didn't showed up at work today. Karen, who was back, and Foggy didn't seem to be worry, like everytime Matt wasn't there. It's like they knew what he was doing.

After work, you went to Matt's house and you knock. The door was opened, so you enter. Matt was about to opened the door.

- Hey, sorry I alowed myself to came in, it was open... You didn't showed up today, are you okay ? You asked.

Matt smiled at you.

- Yes, I'm fine. I was just tired. Thank you for cheking in. He said before accompanaying you to the door.

You turned, surprised.

- Wait, are you dismissing me ?

He stutters.

- What ? No... I'm, uh, I have stuff to do.

Suddenly, you noticed bruises and wounds on his arms.

- What the fuck is that ? You said, knowing that he would understand.

- I'm blind, I go into walls sometimes. 

It wasn't true, you knew it.

- Walls, uh ? So what, walls got knives now ? you said, talking about knives wounds you could see.

Suddenly, everything made sense.

- Are you Daredevil ? You asked, trying to calm yourself.

Matt didn't answer.

- Oh my god I can't Believe it. And of course, Foggy and Karen knows it !

You stormed into the appartement.

- Are you mad at me because of what I do? Because of what the news are saying about me ? Matt asked with a worry tone.

- No, I'm mad that you didn't tell me ! Are you even blind ?

- I am, I just see some kind of form but I am ! I didn't told you because it would have put you in dangers.

- I don't need you to be in dangers. I spat back, referencing to what happened last night. And, you told Foggy and Karen !

- I didn't told Foggy. He discovered it.

- But you told Karen. You said, leaning on the wall.

You weren't really mad at him, but worry and you didn't know how to express it. Suddenly, you saw a smirk on Matt's face.

- Wait, it's about that ?

- About what ?

- About Karen.

- You still told her. You said, crossing your arms.

- Because she was involved in something. I wouldn't have tell her if she wasn't !

- And where were you planning to tell me? You asked him.

- I don't know ! Why does it even matter ?

You stayed quiet.

- I just feel you trust Foggy and Karen more than me. I mean, I understand for Foggy. He's your bestfriend.

You saw Matt smirk.

- What ? You said, irritated.

- So it's defenetly about it.

- Huh ?

- Karen.

You blush. Hoppefully he couldn't see it.

- It's not.

- You are lying, your heart is beating faster.

He could hear my heartbeats ??

- Maybe it's not that I'm lying... You mumbled.

Matt smiled at you and before you could said anything, he kissed you. You immediatly responded, putting in the kiss all the love and the fear that you gathered when you learnt Matt secret.

- You right, maybe you weren't lying. Matt said, smirking at you.

- Stop with that smirk. you said, blushing.

- You are blushing, right ?

- I'm not, you lie.

- The heartbeat, Y/N.

- Yeah. The heartbeat.

You both laugh and you stayed at his place all day, making him promise to come to you if he was hurt.
